## Reviews
### Spanjers - 4/5
*August 2026*

Nice, large, but compact campsite. Located next to a cycle path and nature reserve, with a river flowing through the campsite. Despite being a large campsite, the toilets are clean with excellent facilities. The camping field on the first level offers a real camping feel. The second level offers more privacy. A good place for day trips. Many visitors from "Scots" for a weekend getaway.

### BAXGE - 3/5
*July 2026*

Relatively large campsite on multiple 'levels'. In itself certainly OK in terms of pitches and facilities.

Unfortunately, we were bothered a bit by the many families in tents, all cooking with 'barbecues' or fire pits. We camp in nature to enjoy the fresh air... cough cough...

### Ronald-en-Helga - 5/5
*July 2025*

We were here in 2022 and you can see that a lot has happened in the meantime. Sani has been expanded so that's fine. Busy campsite with mostly Scottish families. There is now a food truck and a coffee shop. Not all changes are an improvement as far as we are concerned... The reception was very friendly and warm. Nice walk to Aberfoyle where you can do some nice shopping. Reservations are recommended!
