Fine, neat campsite. Well located in relation to Traquair House (half-hour walk). Friendly staff. Washing machine £5 and dryer £1.50 for fifteen minutes (good dryer).
Parking your camper can sometimes be a bit of a puzzle; no two spots are the same. But manageable. Beautiful view of the hills. Walk the dog on the path along the river. Sanitary facilities are adequate, though sometimes you have to wait a bit for hot water.

Quiet and neat campsite. Behind the mobile homes is a spacious field with approximately 15 places for campers. So the previous review is incorrect. I added 2 photos. We paid £30 including electricity per night. In the village within walking distance we had a delicious meal at the gastro pizza pub Out Out. The charming town of Peebles is about 15 minutes away with many nice shops.

We arrived too early, the reception didn't open until 4 p.m.!
After taking a look at the campsite, we came to the conclusion that this was not a campsite but a mobile home park and we then opted for another one nearby.
