I've been treated like a criminal for using a service that they stop offering without notice or announcement. I arrived at 20:30 and a man came when I was nearly finished (21) and accused me of "creeping in" at night. I consider that the three times I apologized after his insistence was enough, but he kept insisting and crushing me to make me feel as a criminal when it was never my intention to do anything wrong.
lees meerThis van arrived at 21.15, in the dark and proceeded to use the facilities. No attempt to come to the house door and ask if this was alright to do so. We have recently had to discontinue this service due to abusive behaviour, i.e. emptying toilet waste down the wrong drain and leaving their waste for us to clean up. Arriving late at night and disturbing other motorhome users. No donations left in the box provided. This is why the facility has been withdrawn.
