Stayed here for 2 nights after booking early, and perhaps that is why it is a beautiful (windy) spot by the lake. In light winds, there might be a nuisance from midges. There are no cycle paths here (either), and the bumpy little road along the east side of the lake is quite busy with cars; therefore, we only did a beautiful circular walk of over an hour from the campsite (red marker clockwise).

Beautiful site in a fantastic location right on Loch Lomond.
Quite remote, but worth it.
Like most campsites on the loch, it's relatively expensive by our standards at £38 per day.

Beautiful paved spacious places on the water.. well maintained campsite. nice and clean sanitary facilities and all camper facilities available. friendly reception and helpful. nice base for cycling and walking.
