Indeed, it is now called Restaurant Kirk O the Loch. We were greeted warmly upon checking in. There is no charge here, provided you have a drink or a bite to eat there.

And incidentally, we had a delicious meal. And if the restaurant is open, you are free to use the toilet.

Furthermore, you are located on a main road, but it is fine for one night.

The restaurant has changed hands, the name is no longer correct, and there is no free parking either.
Inside, it looks cozy and the staff was very friendly. I was told that a parking spot for the night could only be arranged and paid for on the website. The cost was £10.
Because the spot was right next to the road, we drove on.
