4 1/2 stars. Super nice owners. Impressive how this campsite was built up with their own hands over 20 years. Beautiful grounds with very large pitches; you can pick one yourself. Excellent sanitary facilities in an authentic style, although there is only one place to wash dishes, which is a bit limited. We paid £35 for a camper with two people, a dog, and electricity.

What a fantastic campsite! We received a very friendly welcome. Spacious pitches. Clean bathrooms and hot showers. We were pleasantly surprised after some disappointing experiences! We paid £30 for two people, including electricity.

Friendly welcome. Charming, small, quiet campsite. Beautiful pitches, including some shade. We paid £28.00 excluding electricity. Walking from the campsite is not recommended. We cycled to Cardiff; the route below is not recommended, as the road is very bad. The route above is easily doable, about 14 km. We had two wonderful days.
