Beautiful CP overlooking tidal port. Fortress city with citadel. Is pleasant to walk around. Ask info at tourist office. Parking: between 1/10 and 31/03 = 4 € / 24h. For the rest 7.50 € / 24h. Service station (2 €) at 800m in the Rue de la Gendarmerie. Good cycling opportunities to include the Platier d'Oye (nature park) or Petit-Fort-Philippe.

Quiet place on the banks of the Isle. No facilities. Village at 500m, little enthusiasm. Not in February ... Good transit CP.

Beautifully situated, flat! Fresh water tapping, toilet and brown water discharge possible. Beautiful walkway along the river to the town. Shop, bank, coffee house Ogipan where you can enjoy breakfast. A little further hostel with tasty pintxos. Recommended!

Large field where caravans and campers are parked. Friendly welcome, but only Spanish speaking (he is at home, not me, so ...). Provisions are minimal. How the hot water should be turned on for the only primitive shower, he explained. Later on try it yourself. Electricity is included in the 12 € fee. The nearby A3 is hardly audible. Train you hear.

Along the ring. Electric machine open broken, so no power. Toilets closed. Little cared for. In the evening young people meet here, but that is no problem. Do leave their junk and empty beer bottles behind. But, and that is important: very good base to the beautiful city!
