Mainly the location is phenomenal! Fantastic view of the mountains, right on hiking trails and the Stelvio Pass. Sanitary is basic but fine. Owner is a great guy, as someone already said a man of few words.

We had not booked and could initially stay 1 night. The next morning the owner came to our camper and told us that we could stay 3 more nights at another spot. Absolutely great, in high season. Beautiful spots, nice view, clean sanitary facilities.
