As previous posts have mentioned, it's very close to the beautiful, and indeed, touristy, Honfleur. A very nice place to spend a few days. The (un)friendliness at reception is mainly due to the language barrier; while English is spoken at most campsites, here it's primarily French. When things get tricky, they use Google Translate and are even very helpful. The sanitary facilities are fine by French standards.

what a nice camper place. top reception by the perfect English speaking boys who explain everything neatly. shuttle taxi to different locations for a fair amount, we were here with a wheelchair, top service from the owners (in the context you just have to ask and we will gladly help you). the sanitary building may not be the most luxurious, but don't we all have the same shower at the football club?

It is true that this place no longer exists. a little further on is a great parking lot at yacht harbor with a wonderful restaurant, cafe Espersen, 50m away. next to havnkontor where you can buy the ticket for overnight stay and electricity (if you want that).

Great place to stay. Super hospitable welcome, the feeling of coming home on your vacation. And people stop talking about moaning on a national road, if you lie on your bed then you have absolutely no problems with this. Tasty sandwiches ordered for breakfast, wonderful sanitary facilities that are well maintained. Our experience; DELICIOUSLY ENJOYED. Highly recommended.

Super campsite, nice and quiet but all facilities. Beautiful and well maintained. Indoor and outdoor pool. Delightful restaurant and close to a great water park, Geneva and Annecy. Recommended
