its a nice spot BUT there is a watersystem right next to the entrance with a pump that kicks in and pumps and is noisy as hell, and then stops again … so when you sleep in a rooftop tent its not very nice !!! in a normal camper you can hear it too so you need to close your windows … a bit of a shame for such a welcoming free spot ! i wont come back and will use earplugs tonight

its all you can ask for for a quiet night, and free on top ! great walk by the river, with amazing basalt lava rock formations and a nice (closed and not in use anymore) church by the river and medieval bridge … parking is a huge tarmac lot and there is waste water disposal and garbage disposal
