What a place!!!

Worthless! Yes, you have to go get tokens for water at the WW1 museum in the sweltering heat. You get back to the column, put a token in, nothing. So you go back and complain there, only to be told 'oh right, that one is broken'. You don't get the 2 Euros back for the token because then the cash register won't balance. You have to go to the tourist office 10km away. How much effort does it take to put up a 'defective' sign? It's a shame I can't give negative stars, otherwise it would be -5☆

A typical French service area. Doing things the French way. You can vent all your troubles there and the tap is running. A very nice spot by a lock complex, and there were also a few campers that had settled down wonderfully along the canal.

We had a wonderful two-night stay here! The Biermuseum is a restaurant decorated with over 1,000 bottles. We had a delicious meal and the service was friendly. The beer selection—12 on tap and over 100 in bottles—is, let's just say, adequate 😀 It's a shame that reviews from years ago still count, because for a place like this, barely 4 stars is not enough!

Great campsite. Fully equipped and friendly staff. Also easy to reach for all campers. There's a beautiful beach within walking distance.

We are here now for the third time in 6 years. The hedges are a bit higher again and the terrain is a bit more French .... We do not care, we cherish this place. We do not have to worry about it, so do not come to this beautiful place.
