Agree with previous review. There were no hard standing places anymore, but we were allowed to stand on the grass. Very spacious places. Nice route via roads and through a sheep meadow to Barnard Castle (both walking and cycling possible).

Beautiful campsite. Beautiful camper pitches with gravel and grass in between. Each pitch has a power strip and drinking water. The sanitary facilities are well maintained and clean. Showers are fantastic, lots of water and no hassle with coins. There is a waste point for chemical toilets. Grey water must be taken with buckets. There is a washing point with hot and cold water. For camper with 2 people and electricity £30.00 pn. Cash only. Beautiful walking and cycling opportunities
