Huge grounds with meadows and gravel areas. There were only 5 campervans on site. Off-season. The office doesn't seem to be open all the time. It's best to reserve with a code to ensure you can arrive at any time. Beautiful surroundings with a river and a man-made lake with a regatta course. Nottingham is a quick bike ride away. Price: approximately €33.00 per night for 2 people.

busy campsite with lots of families. has everything to do with bank holiday, the English had a long weekend off. site is nice and toilet facilities are a bit older but clean with hot water. It was a 20 minute bike ride to the centre, which wasn't always easy. we had locked the bikes well to a rack. That was very good in retrospect because the bikes had clearly been tampered with. we paid 36£ for one night.

Stayed one night, but didn't really like it. The campsite was only 10 percent occupied and the toilet blocks were still very musty and dirty. The Slagboom closes at 8:00 PM, so if you want to eat out with the camper, that is not possible. There is also no restaurant within walking distance. There is also a rush in the morning, because you have to leave the campsite before 10:00 am.
