Lovsjöbadens Camping Jönköping, SCR

Very friendly staff. We had a spot (blue) by the lake. Very nice. Sanitary facilities were clean, outdated but complete. Boats were available for rent. Beautiful camping site.

Arrived during pouring rain and was assigned a spot on a blue camper site, crammed between 2 others who had parked strangely. Took a normal spot for an additional fee. Camping is ok, sanitary facilities outdated. and not clean (in the morning), emptying the chemical toilet is very dirty and messy. Huge noise from the highway, very disturbing.

Based on the tips below, we have chosen one of the blue camper pitches for two nights. Just behind it there is an opportunity to wash up (and refill water) and two toilets. Showers further on. Old indeed, but clean. Nice view of the lake from the camper pitches (certainly no. 37, which we had). Beautiful hike trails in the area and Jönköping within cycling distance. You can hear the road, but it disappears through the rustle of trees.
