Långsjön Stugor & Camping

A very friendly welcome. Spacious pitches, which you can choose yourself. I found myself alone in the forest at the very bottom at the end of August. Yes, the site is separated from the lake by a highway, which is why I deducted one star. This didn't detract from my two-night stay. The bread roll service was delicious. What sets this site apart from all the others is the cleanliness, something I've never seen anywhere else.

A very spacious pitch, very nice and clean restrooms, lovely walks with the dog, no road noise at the top, delicious sandwiches. Everything is billed via a card system, payable at checkout. Simply well-organized, and the reception is friendly. Great for (very) young and old.

The site itself lives up to the expectations one would have for "Sweden's Best Campsite" in recent years. However, it's questionable how such a rating can be achieved for a site located on a busy country road. The road bothered us a lot (it was more bearable at night), but Swedish tranquility looks different to us. We won't be coming here again, sorry.
