A paradise for everyone who appreciates an oasis of peace in the middle of nature. Erik and Monique have built a wonderful little refuge on the banks of the Tarn. Swimming, a round of SUP, a short tour with one of the two kayaks or a hike to the priory and through the original Ambialet. Or simply enjoy the day with a view of the river. Thank you, Erik and Monique, for the wonderful days!

Positive: +location in the pine forest, +200m from the beach. Negative: -Dirty places (butts, beer coasters, etc.) - Dirty sanitary facilities - Party noise until early morning - Gray water disposal and water supply for WoMos only at one (for 1000 spaces!) Eurorelais station outside the site - crowded beach Conclusion: not for us

The site has no facilities except - at the moment - a shower and toilet (a jacuzzi is in the works). However, a hiking trail into the moor begins right on site. There is a very nice pub in town (The Prince Charles). All in all a recommended if easy stopover on your way through Dartmoor.

Very nice located on a small marina. Very friendly staff. Sanitary facilities are clean and tidy. Have extended another night. Fresh water supply is not a problem. Chemical toilet disposal is not possible.

Located directly on Brenta with electricity and disposal. Fresh water supply conditionally recommended. The beautiful place is within walking distance.

Very nice place directly below the monastery. Dirt there is a small restaurant. Gray water disposal is possible, there is a fountain at the place.
