Beautiful campsite right next to the noisy stream. The fortress in Brot is easily accessible in about a 15-minute walk. A few meters from the campsite, there is also a soccer field for the youth football team. It's a shame there's no bakery in the village anymore. We always prefer local businesses whenever possible, but unfortunately, that's not possible here. *Currently (October 2025) there is a large construction site right next to the campsite, which is very noisy, 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.*

The view makes the campsite great! The rest is okay. The village center is a 15-minute walk away, and Lago Blue is a 10-minute walk away. The two of us were standing on the huge site at the end of September. The street noise fades as the day lengthens.

There's nothing wrong with the campsite. It's clean, a great place for swimming and fishing. Unfortunately, during our stay, there were some very illustrious guests who were drunk and causing trouble with deafeningly loud music! I would have expected an intervention from the campsite operator, but unfortunately, he just stood by. Besides, it was by far the most expensive campsite on our three-week trip to Scandinavia.

A dream for self-sufficient campers! 👌🏼 Thanks to the very spacious and private plots, you'll have most of the pitches to yourself. The lake slopes very gently, so it's not ideal for fishing from the shore 🎣 Depending on the wind, it can be quite gusty in some spots 🌬️

Open terrain with numerous bays for overnight stays. RVs are not permitted in the top parking lot! All roads are unpaved and some are quite steep. The price is based on camera and car buzzer detection. 80 NOK for 48 hours. No waste disposal or restrooms available.

A dream🥰! Very spacious pitches with private seating platforms. Sauna and hot tub by the sea. Barbecue pits, canoe rentals. Restrooms and showers are very basic, but always spotlessly clean 👌🏼

Very spacious campsite with plenty of outdoor seating! In southern Europe, a site like this would cram twice as many RVs into it. During peak season, arrival before 11:00 a.m. is a must; any additional available space requires a bit of luck. The town center is a 15-minute walk away.

Excellent campsite in a beautiful location. Despite it being high season, we were the only ones there. Payment is made via the GoMarina app. After payment, you receive the code for the building and electricity. ⛴️

The location of the campsite is beautiful. The sanitary facilities and other infrastructure are completely outdated and in need of renovation. But since we have all of that in our motorhome, that's a minor issue. The price is determined by demand, and demand is very high during the season. Completely full by 6:00 PM.

Fantastic 🤩 Spacious pitches, some with benches and tables. Everything is very well-maintained and clean. Great for swimming when the weather's right. A sauna is also available for an additional charge.

Beautiful campsite with plenty of space to park. Due to the free choice of sites, it's a bit hectic, especially in the late afternoon, with new arrivals making their rounds, sometimes every minute. During our stay, the campsite was full, but the restrooms and showers were still quite clean! We hiked to Preikestolen directly from the campsite, which added about two hours to our walk. The trail to the campsite was a bit wet, but beautiful! 🥾

The parking lot is right next to the swimming lake and playground. The indoor pool is just a few meters away. Unfortunately, it's very loud at night because the AMGs are doing their rounds. They also throw trash from the Gasthof zur goldenen Möve 🍔🍟 right out onto the street... The nice city workers come in the morning and clean everything up, thank you 👍🏼

If you love ships, you'll love this place! Everything is kept very simple, the reception is very friendly, and the view of the locks with the numerous ships is stunning.

A beautifully landscaped campsite with mostly large pitches. The campsite is characterized by its many small cabins. Wedges are probably recommended at every site. The sanitary facilities are very clean, although they are showing their age. We were here during Easter week, and an estimated 80% of the pitches were still available.

Wonderful place to enjoy! From the warm welcome to the SUP ride, everything was perfect. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Bad Essen is easy to reach by bike. We would love to come back to this oasis another time 🏝️

If you want to stand very close to the big ships, this is the right place 👍🏼 If you want a free spot in mid-July, you have to arrive before midday, after that the spot is full to the last crack. The only thing that is a shame are all the "onlookers and visitors" who drive their cars across the SP all day long, a barrier at the entrance would bring a lot of peace and quiet.

Exactly what you expect in a port city! I love places like this! If you want peace and quiet and the sound of crickets, you should go to the countryside, you won't be happy here. Toilets and showers are very clean. Fresh water is available from almost every spot. 15 minutes' walk from the fishing port shop window. ⛴️ 🦐 👍🏼

Very nicely located SP with spacious spots. When we arrived in mid-July, all spots were taken until the evening. Entrance is closed to new arrivals from 11:00 - 13:00! Fresh water connection available at SP 9 and sanitary building.

For inland residents, this parking space is a top spot. The constant boat traffic on the Rhine is very entertaining and with the right app you can always see where the boats are coming from or going to ⛴️ The fee is collected on site in the afternoon and even includes a coffee voucher! Make sure you arrive with an empty toilet cassette, emptying is not possible here

Very simple but beautifully located SP. A few minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach. Payment is made in cash in the evening (suitable if possible). At night the square is closed with a gate. Simple toilet and shower in a shipping container. If you like it simple, a great place 👌🏼

Anyone who loves CP life will feel at home here. If you are looking for peace and solitude, this is not the right place for you! Beautiful complex with lots of flowers 🌺 and palm trees 🌴. Seats are generously sized, but nothing works without wedges. Toilets are clean. 2GB WiFi included. Even in mid-October almost all places are occupied. Pitches with a direct sea view + €6.50

Very friendly reception and service. SP is very clean including toilets and showers. There were two of us on the pitch in mid-October. Swimming pools in the hotel complex can be used. Waiting times in the park are only a few minutes 🎢

Beautifully located SP on a gravel site. Important 🚨 Access for vehicles >2.6 meters is only possible via the D718. Above La Vistoule (D64) there is a height restriction with bars of 2.6 meters when crossing the river. We only pay by card. A few minutes walk to the beach. The surrounding campsites are all already closed, so very quiet 👍🏼

Beautiful place to stay overnight. Is a general service area of the municipality and is also used as a parking lot. There is also a bakery in town 🥖 with a café ☕️. Everything is clean and well maintained 👌🏼

The perfect pitch! That's exactly how I imagine an SP. Generous and level stand area with electricity connection. Large lawn to play. Flowers, benches and tables and everything perfectly clean 👌🏼 By bike in 15'-20' in Mont Saint Michel. Also possible on foot, approx. 1 hour one way. A clear view of Mt St Michel from the alcove window, what more could you ask for 😊

Very nice parking space above the stand. Pitches are numbered and have electricity everywhere. Showers (1.20€) and toilets were quite clean during our visit. Between 08:00 and 08:15 a baker comes by with a baguette 🥖. Also had some permanent campers on the site. In the evening, a check is carried out on site to ensure that everyone has paid

Very simple but beautifully located CP. At the beginning of July, half of the places are occupied and they are generous. Some pitches have sea view. Toilets are ok, albeit a bit tight (3 pieces each 🙋🏽‍♀️🙋🏽‍♂️).

Generous SP with almost exclusively shady pitches. The washing up area is quite dirty and not maintained. Several restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores within walking distance. Very quiet day and night.

Very nicely located parking spaces above the sea. Places are a bit slanted, but still okay for sleeping. 10 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach. No parking for vehicles >5 meters. 7 meter vehicles are just still possible.

The exaggerated behavior of individuals occupying several parking spaces, putting out tables and chairs if possible with a grill and awning, loud parties, etc. has led to overnight stays being banned! It's a shame, because for many years we were mostly able to enjoy nature in the mountains alone.

Fantastically beautiful and quiet location by the sea. Toilets and showers are very clean and there is always warm water. Parking space is partly very generous. If you would like to dive 🤿 or paddle 🚣🏽‍♂️, you can rent the equipment right in front of the CP. Great starting point for a coastal hike 🥾

Fantastically beautiful and very quiet SP. Be amazed at everything for free! The small lake can be circumnavigated in about 20 minutes on foot. It can also be fished 🎣 The three of us stood here at the beginning of October 👌🏼

SP are generously dimensioned and partly shaded. Also well used in the low season, mainly by retirees. V/E very unhygienic! The disposal inlet for the toilets is in the same closet as the fresh water... Disposal costs 4€. Some people therefore empty their toilet cassette at the gray water inlet with a grid, very scary 💩 Otherwise nice place

Nice and quiet SP near the city. To get to the SP, you have to buy the ticket at the ticket machine beforehand! It does not work with the credit card directly at the barrier. Electricity is included 🔌 Unfortunately, many sources in the village are closed and no longer accessible ⛲️, a pity. The frescoes in the church are very impressive 👌🏼

Very nice place right on the water. The pitches are currently being converted into individual plots with a gravel surface. A shelter will also be built. Top 👌🏼

Perfectly located CP directly on Lake Maggiore👌🏼. Very quiet apart from the tinkling of the church. Gently sloping beach just a few steps from the campsite. We were in second place and had plenty of space with our 7m WOMO. Toilets and shower always very clean! Ideal starting point for hiking and for a boat trip to Luino on the market.

SP is generally well located and reasonably quiet at night. Toilets and outdoor shower are good. Most pitches are flat. I wonder how long such parking spaces will be tolerated when you see how many selfish people are barbecuing next to the vehicle, setting up awnings, tanning in deckchairs while locals can no longer get a parking space to go for a walk and have to drive on 🤷🏽‍♂️

The place is very nice and especially great at sunset. The northern sandy beach is beautiful for swimming. I didn't see any toilets. Unfortunately, the harbor basin stinks disgustingly! Sometimes it bubbles like a witch's cauldron. No idea what that is (sewage pipe?)🤷🏽‍♂️ On the left side of the square is a water tap🚰

Large gravel space for parking. Immediately afterwards large beautiful lawn with sandy beach. Camping is prohibited on this meadow! We stood alone on a Saturday evening in July 🏕🦟

Quiet and mostly level SP. Space for a good 10 WOMO's, as long as you don't camp as prescribed. Very quiet day and night. Access via quite steep and partly narrow unmade road, but also feasible for a large WOMO. On site garbage disposal and dry toilet. Very good starting point for hikes to Slåttdalsberget and Slåttdalsskreven. Circular hike for both together 11km / 5 hours

If you like to be away from civilization without the possibility of V/E and can tolerate 1.5 km of unpaved roads, a Swedish paradise awaits you here. Beautiful lake for fishing 🎣 and some fire pits 🔥 right on the doorstep.

Very nicely located SP with space for 3-4 WOMO's. Fresh water and electricity possible for a fee. Since we arrived after 6 p.m. in the evening, we did not meet the harbor master. A place with a lot of rest! Important: depending on whether you arrive with a GPS, you will be guided across the Elbe by ferry, which, however, does not carry WOMOs with an overhang. So it is better to use a bridge to avoid longer additional lines!

Beautiful SP with spacious pitches on the meadow. The coffee with today 12!!! Postponing cakes is unique 😋 The sea is 400 meters away on foot, but not for swimming today, as there are many jellyfish.

Very nice campsite right on the sandy beach. Places are distributed in a forest of shady trees and bushes. Still well attended in mid-October, therefore a good range of groceries in the own shop. Shower / toilet not great, but clean and quite sufficient. If you need it, WiFi is also available. I can highly recommend it!

Well located parking space near the city. The city can be reached on foot in around 15 minutes. Toilet and shower very simple, but clean and quite sufficient. Right next to the SP there is a shooting range, hence popping noises throughout the day. Very friendly staff.

Nicely situated parking space with the possibility of V / E. The village of Vinci can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Lively traffic from the sports field and young people until late in the evening. Not particularly quiet at night either, as the square is right on the thoroughfare. Since it is free, there is nothing to complain about 👍🏼

Quietly located Koesplatz with tennis and soccer field. The village can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Space is also used as a PP of the school bus. No anticipation for children, the soccer field is locked.

Quiet place in the middle of a sports complex. E / V space at the very back and therefore not very easy to reach. But very good for a free place! If you still need exercise, nice paths to run 🏃🏽‍♂️ and sports equipment in the vicinity 💪🏼

The location on the lake is beautiful and very quiet. Most of the parking spaces with power supply are level. Faucet 🚰 is a bit inconvenient between the stands, so you need a long hose or a water container. Gray water can only be drained with a self-guided hose. The restaurant and ice cream stand are excellent and highly recommended. The beach is shady and with sand 👌🏼

Wonderfully situated parking space for 15 vehicles at the yacht club. Seats are very generous, so there is plenty of space for table and chairs. In 15 ‘you walk to the picturesque village with bathing by the sea and a great restaurant. Toilets and shower very clean.

The parking space is level and spacious. Access on narrow but good dirt road. Fresh water can only be taken from the main building with canisters. Cannot be removed with a hose. The cassette can only be emptied in the toilet in the main building! Several signposted MTB routes on site.

Nicely located parking space. When we visited at the end of April, it was full to the last seat. The nearby beach and harbor are gorgeous! Registration at the CP is a bit tedious, as it is only open for an hour in the evening and everyone wants to pay at the same time. Wonderful singing from the nightingale at night!

Beautiful facility! You immediately feel like you're on vacation 😉 New spacious sanitary facilities. Great opportunities for hiking 🥾 and cycling 🚴🏽‍♂️. You can visit the stork settlement in Altreu with a leisurely day hike along the Aare.

Beautifully located campsite on Lake Biel. Stands also available for larger motorhomes (> 7.0M). Most of the floor area is made of pebbles, so it is dry but also dusty. Place is separated from a huge pond with permanent campers 👍🏼 Already well occupied in the off-season. Nice public bathing beach 🏊🏼‍♂️

Beautiful place right on the Aare. We stood alone here for two days at the end of April and therefore cannot complain about enough space. Public toilets 200 meters in the town. Bakery, cheese dairy, groceries etc. can all be reached in a few minutes on foot

All times again! For me the top place in this region. The roar of the sea and the rough wind that blows over the hill, just great! Yes, and something else about the sanitary area ... that too remains unchanged old and dilapidated 😉

Beautiful SP right on the lake with spacious seats. No trees 🌳 therefore very hot in summer. But the lake is right on your doorstep🛶🏊🏼‍♂️. Payment by credit card is prone to errors and should be replaced at the end of 2020. 👍🏼

Well located SP above the city. Places rather small and crooked. However, it is easily feasible with support blocks. WLAN does not work, at least from the 2nd half of the square 👎🏼 For one night it is ok 👍🏼

Beautiful flat SP with an optimal starting point for hikes to the Lison source. Payment is made in the cheese dairy not far from the village. V / E is also at the cheese factory. If you don't need electricity and love peace and quiet, you've come to the right place 👌🏼

Fantastically beautiful place right on the Doubs. The seats are very spacious and almost empty when we arrive. The sanitary building is currently closed due to Corona. Anyone with their own toilet is welcome here. Also for fishing 🎣 it is a dream here. There are patents in the local TABACO store.

Beautiful campsite by the sea. Places can be selected by yourself. Can also be booked without electricity (-4 £). In the summer busy traffic, compared to Italy or Northern Germany still very very quiet!

Very well located disposal and rest area on the A1 driving direction Bern. Modern toilet, generous parking lots and some picnic benches make a pleasant stay possible

Very nice, terraced pitch. Only on the easy road and you up to the super sandy beach! Supply and disposal super. Operator very friendly and sells home-cooked myrtle liqueur

Generous, gekieste pitches in eucalyptus forest! We liked it here very much. At the beginning of October only 3-4 WoMo's and everything very quiet. The beach bar is closed at this time of year. Deserted beach. For non-swimmers probably not ideal, as the sea is fast deep.

This place is also getting old. Everything is on the loose and is niergens more maintained. Too bad, the location with the beautiful sea and the old church is great. For one night the place is quite ok 👍🏼

Service place was barricaded with large stones. With some outdoor driving through palm trees, access is still possible. Fresh water is still available. To dispose of it needs a sewage hose, otherwise the drain is not accessible.

Very nice and quiet sandy beach. The parking spaces in terraces are no longer released and are closed by a new no-driving sign. There is still the rather uneven visitor parking for 2-3 WoMos. Access not suitable for larger vehicles. In the summer months there is a small beach bar.

Well located parking near the motorway, next to a football pitch. Filled up quickly during the season. Before the barrier, however, another 10 Womos can stand for free, but without electricity and supply. Exception, if a football match takes place, then everything is overcrowded!

Super clean supply and disposal on the way from Thun to Bern. Everything for free. 15 hours can be parked. A pedestrian-accessible bridge allows access to the other side of the motorway. There is a gate with direct access to the Aare. Wonderful Possible for bathing or walking. 👍🏼

Practical parking space near the city. Easy to reach on foot. Squares rather small, for Womo's up to 7 meters well suited. For larger Womo's or supporters not recommended.

End of September manschenleer and beautifully located. Unfortunately, dumpsters and toilets were already overboard. Fee from April to the end of October. For bathing with children not ideal, as very many hangovers with high speed along the beach.

In the low season in late September a nice place. In season, when all the squares are occupied are rather tight. Shower and sink very easy with cold water. For one - two days 👍🏼

Practical pitch directly at the bathing park, seal station and other excursion destinations. Bakery and super fishers only 2-3 minutes away. 5 minutes walk to the beach! It is absolutely necessary to register at the tourist office next to the parking lot (where the parking space has to be paid). So you get a tourist card with various discounts!

Great place right on the water. Free view of Elbphilharmonika and the harbor. Fully in the pulse of Hamburg. There is the possibility to use a fee-paying toilet just behind the place to empty the toilet seat. Always gladly again

Nice and clean set-up with a great view of the canal. Sufficiently high support wedges are necessary in order to be quite straight. 2 € to shower. 41 seats and for 25 gibts of electricity.

Super Stellpatz with above-average large places. Everything very clean and the owners are very friendly. View of the canal is awesome. Bread service and barbecue evening everything still on. Gladly again!

Very nice place at the harbor. Lots of space, also to the V / E. In the morning during a short period of time to a paper factory, but is not really disturbing. The smell of the paper production is depending on the wind force.

Very nice Stellpatz directly at the lake! At the beginning of May only two. Wonderful beach to bathe right next door. Toilets and shower simple and clean.
