Buttermere is a busy place for walkers! This camping site has that as its target group. This mainly means tent campers and also room for 4 campers on a small field. Facilities for campers are nil, mainly aimed at tent campers. Pub with bar food next to the campsite. The campsite is part of a farm/tearoom. costs 10 pounds pp and 4 for the camper. Beautiful view, and as stated, an excellent starting point for hiking

What is stated in the information from the manager at the beginning is correct, you can come here with a camper of up to 6.5 m! Property of the Nat Trust. All amenities (except electric, WiFi) remotely. price £20.

01/05 This camping spot was not in use as a campsite at the time of writing, but housed sheep and lambs. According to locals, it does in the summer here. On the other side of this village behind the Crown Inn is a small field with perhaps 4 reasonably flat spots. Limited access (6.5m) View is fantastic. Facilities: 1 toilet with sink and hot/cold water. electricity and water on site. price 20 without, 27 with.

This place isn't free, you're supposed to give 200 sek to the Boy Scouts. to donate. See the sign in the parking lot. Scouts' toilets and showers can be found in the woods opposite the site. Beautiful place by the way.. A&E

We arrived here on March 24. Upon arrival it turned out that this campsite always opens around Easter. So that can vary from year to year. Upon further searching in this area, many of the locations in the camper app that, as the app indicates, should be open, were closed. Usually the date is April 1, but sometimes locations are closed because they are too wet. Incidentally, there are many more overnight locations in this region. A&E

Great place, we had a problem with the flowchart keyboard. The campsite next door is also responsible for the camper location. The campsite was just open and what I would like to report is that the camping costs 9.80 euros with the camper.

Lovely place with fantastic views of the mountains. No amenities but there you have voor😀 a camper on Aug 8. 2016 stood here for three campers
