We really enjoyed stopping here, even though the site is chaotic and the layout of the parking spaces is barely visible. Nothing has changed in years, except that the price has more than doubled. That's disproportionate. We moved on; everyone should do the same. That's the only way to counter the operators' greed. I feel sorry for the shopkeepers and restaurant owners; they're losing customers.

Place is quiet at night. It is close to town and has everything you need, albeit in a simple form. During the day you can hear the school children from the nearby school, but that didn't bother us. Very good pizzeria within walking distance.

One star just for the tidy toilet block. The entrance to the parking space was full of broken glass, so a holidaymaker had to sweep it up first, otherwise entry would not have been possible. The payment process with QR code doesn't work and is totally idiotic. What was the municipality thinking?

Thanks to the community for this free place. Yes, it is sloping, but there are wedges for that. Wonderful view and the visit and the tour through the cheese cellars was something special. I don't understand the comments of some RVers. Such criticism would be appropriate for places that charge €10 or €15 and offer nothing else.

Space is still usable, use coordinates! There are no building materials deposited here! These are located on the city's fairground and are not intended for Womo's! So keep your eyes open before posting false reports, even if it was well intentioned. As always, standing there very well and safely.

One star rating is too much. A bit of a view can't be everything. There are far better out there for a reasonable price. We have come to Werder for many years and we were happy to do so, but Werder is no longer doing anything in terms of tourism.

Just bad. Power cables across the square and a "nice" view only if you're lucky. The price is rip off.

Of course the parking space is still there!!!! The coordinates given are correct, the place is well signposted. The discounter car park is located on the opposite side of the street. Some should rather save the comments. Eltville - city center is within walking distance. Place costs 5,-€ for. 24 hours. Relatively tidy and if you stand further back you hardly hear any street noise.

Good place to stay while traveling through. Sure, the place isn't the prettiest, but it's free and I've seen bleaker places in Bella Italia that you should pay for. Water is available from a water dispenser in the front area of the square. The emptying would have to be renewed, would be for. such a big city certainly reasonable.

Pitch always nice, even in winter. Were on 26.12. here, overnight stay towards Italy. We stood here very quietly with two other Womo's. V/E, as well as electricity worked well.

We stayed there after arriving by ferry and were glad we found a place. There were also a few Womo's there, otherwise it would have been a bit scary for us. The next morning we were surprised and amazed by the beautiful beach.

It's a pity, we were very happy to stand here, unfortunately only one car parking space, with height restrictions. Although the space is now huge due to expansion and is not being used to capacity, Womo's are no longer desired. But it doesn't surprise me, a community that converts a nice playground into a dog park is probably unsustainable!

The place didn't make a safe impression on us, there were too many uninhabited mobile homes around. Some of these were in a run-down condition. Went out again after 15 minutes, had to pay €2.40 for it. So be careful, brazen rip-off!

Very good way to visit the pretty place. We had a good night's sleep, the church bells don't bother us, on the contrary we think it's nice. If you can handle a car parking space and don't spread out like a top dog, it's a good option to stay the night

Parking space right on the Neckar, enough space. We could not find any noise pollution. Central location, clean toilet in about 100m. Many thanks to the municipality for this beautiful, free parking space.

I imagine a parking space in a national park to be different, the planners have totally failed. Loveless and expensive, what a shame.

It is disappointing that there cannot be more than 2 mobile homes in front of the cordon, but it is still a beautiful place. In the parking lot you can sleep in a van, quietly and undisturbed. (Barrier at least 1.90m high)

Have been using the square for many years. Free shuttle bus, lovely little place. The price is okay. for this beautiful spot. In Germany, greed takes hold in some places that have little to offer.

Were out and about in Werder today, parking space empty on Sunday. I was happy that the mobile home owners avoid the greedy operator and his parking space, which has nothing to offer. It should always be like this, the motorhome owner is increasingly becoming a convenient source of money.

Very nice parking lot near the city. Water from the well was turned off. Imagine as space-saving as possible lengthways, it's a school parking lot. The police come in the morning and refer everyone who stands back and forth. However, some motorhomes are really outrageous, park with a trailer on the motorhome and lock off the motorcycle with cones and barrier tape. No wonder if the church then acts.

Actually no star, because the community has removed the Womo sign and is now cashing in on the most unsuspecting motorhomes. The church should be ashamed. Then you should be honest and put up a prohibition sign for Womo, but nobody falls into the trap anymore, so you can get money.
