An incredibly quiet and peaceful campsite. Those who only stay one night are not allowed to stay with those who stay longer, which means that you don't have to be disturbed by constant arrivals and departures. There is most of what you need here. No wifi, but we have our own 5g antenna which worked very well. The staff is friendly and accommodating. If you consume more electricity than is included (e.g. for heating or AC), additional costs may apply due to high consumption.

We have stayed here for three nights. A very nice campsite that has everything you need and plenty of space. We have used our own shower and toilet, but it is very easy to empty the grey water and toilet and fill with fresh water here. Westerstede is a small but charming town. We have also cycled one of the cycle paths here, the one that goes to Bad Zwischenahn. Fantastically beautiful road

Came by ferry in the evening and stayed here overnight. It cost €9 for just under 12 hours. A little noise from the port but no problem sleeping. Otherwise very quiet.

Quiet and nice camping close to nature. Now there is also the possibility for campers to empty grey water.

A well-organized parking space. The only objection is that it is quite cramped and that it has become quite expensive, €20 and then electricity. Almost the same price as camping

The reception is only open for a few hours in the morning, but both check-in and check-out can be easily done in a machine outside. The sanitary building is very good. Electricity is paid according to consumption. A small and pleasant campsite that we would gladly return to.

Perfect camping site for an overnight stay in connection with a visit to Obelink. Accommodates many places in a small area, but still doesn't feel cramped. Everything is well organized and pleasant. Booked and paid online, worked very well

A rather sad campsite where the customer is not the focus. The staff is uncommitted and sometimes really rude. If you have problems, it's your fault, you chose to come there. Tumble drying is limited to 30 minutes, not until the laundry is dry. Wristbands mandatory throughout the stay. Showers are controlled electronically with wristbands, 2 showers of 7 minutes per day, but you can't regulate the temperature yourself. Dishwashing in lukewarm water. Bad smell from the surroundings

A very nice campsite with large plots and electricity (10A) and water at each site. The plots are surrounded by hedges. Some plots are completely or partially shaded by trees, others have full sun. Grey and black water is emptied outside the campsite where passersby can also empty it free of charge and fill it with water for a token. The sanitary building is acceptable. Bread service is available, you order the day before. Very friendly staff. Our 2nd visit, will gladly return

This is not a campsite suitable for motorhomes. There is hardly a single plot that is not very steep. Difficult to empty grey water and it was not possible to fill fresh water as the hose came loose as soon as the water was turned on. Otherwise very nice and good service. Sanitary buildings are not new but clean and fresh, for example there is a hand shower. The campsite is located in a village with narrow access roads, one road 2.3 m wide, so be careful!

Way too many cabins to feel like a nice RV site. It's crowded and there's nowhere to get any shade. The lady at the front desk was grumpy and in no mood to give any information. We weren't welcome even though we had booked and received confirmation and she initially refused to find our booking. The stay here has been more about enduring than relaxing. It's going to be nice to move on.

A very popular campsite and rightly so. We were here for 4 nights and had a great time. Everything in order and quiet and nice. Lots to see and do in the surroundings. The plots are not very big, but many trees that provide shade from the sun. We will be happy to come back

Our plot was large and shady under large trees. The ground was uneven and full of fallen branches and twigs. No hot water when washing dishes, only lukewarm. Nice showers and there was always hot water. Good facility for emptying grey water but poorly organized and crowded. It took forever to fill water so we waited to fill it until we got to the next campsite

A very nice campsite that reminds of a park with lots of greenery and shady trees. The plots are large and even. Nice surroundings for cycling and hiking, but a boat or canoe trip on the canals is the greatest experience. If you want peace and quiet, choose a plot that is not located by the cottages.

Fantastically nice and well-maintained campsite with neatly demarcated plots. Ideal if you want to cycle on the island. If you don't have your own bikes, you can rent them at the campsite. We paid €25 per night with ACSI. Located outside of the built-up area and has no restaurant, but you can order bread which is delivered to the site at 8am every morning

A very quiet and nice campsite. We got a place with a sea view. The only downside was that it was a bit far to the sanitary building. Most of the places are large and flat with hedges around. A mini-market for groceries is about 1 km away. Good opportunities for cycling, e.g. 10 km north to Pornic or south to a beautiful nature area

There is nothing major wrong with the campsite. It is quiet and peaceful, the sanitary building is new and it is clean and tidy. However, there is a lot to fit into a small area and it is like a labyrinth with very narrow roads. There seem to be very few places for motorhomes/caravans but many cabins. We stayed one night but did not really enjoy it as it was so crowded.

Very neat and quiet camp site. Perfectly situated near supermarkets and the town centre can be reached by foot in 20 minutes. We liked our stay (4 nights) here very much

Lovely camp site, it is as if being in a forest or a park with many trees. Lots of birds and squirrels. Very few guests at the moment so we could choose any pitch. Electricity now is 16A. Some noise from trains, but distant, it doesn't spoil your sleep.

Quite close to the old town and the tourist office. The parking area is leaning in all directions, difficult to find a flat spot. Very quiet at night.

We stayed two nights to see shrimp fishing with horses in Oostduinkerke. The parking lot is OK, we were at most 5 campers. Quiet and peaceful but shops and the nearest town 2 km away. We filled up with water, but it smelled bad. Maybe because there was poor turnover with so few campers.

Beautiful and quiet camp site. We paid 21 € with ACSI Camping Card. We stayed only one night but will return if ever in the area.

Very nice camp site. Only minus is the dated shower facilities. Clean but smelled of sewage. It is a great location for exploring the area and the staff is really helpful.

Probably a nice camp site but the campers have not behaved well here. We spent a night at the small extension and the hedges reeked of urine. The sanitary building is some distance uphill so some people must have thought it was too much to go there for the toilet or to empty the camper/caravan toilet.

Very nice and quiet camp site. Our motorhome is 7.5 meters, 8 with bikes. This is pretty well the maximum possible length here. In fact, they told us when we booked that they don't accept longer vehicles. The pitches near the reception are flatter, the more remote can be far from flat. The pitches are relatively large and screened by hedges

Top camping site. Only negative was the distance to electricity socket. Bring a long cord, 25 meters were not enough. Luckily we could change to another pitch where our 25 meters were enough. Noisy pitches close to the road

We have our own shower and toilet and this place is wonderful. Quiet and beautiful with large pitches, some with shade

No reservation possible but when we came there were at least 10 pitches free but someone had placed a chair or table on each and otherwise the place was full.

Very nice town but chaotic place to stay. The people in the mobile home next to us got drunk and started an open fire. The place is overcrowded (15-20 instead of 12) and it may not be possible to evacuate if something should happen
