Stones were thrown at our camper on Halloween night, what a shame.

A wonderfully quiet and relaxed camper site. With a bit of luck, you'll be right on the Moselle River. It's a beautiful walking and cycling area. A friendly council employee comes by around 6 p.m. to collect your parking fee. There's also a good rest area.

Fairly quiet camper place at an altitude of about 1000 m, was a bit cooler during the warm month of June 2025, quite a few flies from the nearby riding school, in this winter sports village almost everything is closed in the summer, but a good laundry.

Quietly situated camper location Berth Carlsson is a nice man, various cycling options including to Varberg and Träslövsläge also has a nice little harbour with some good restaurants and you can swim there, there is also a golf course nearby. We thought it was great!

This camper place is located close to the locks, a restaurant where we had a delicious meal and a small beach, you can also rent pedal boats, paying via a QR code is a bit cumbersome, but if it doesn't work, you can ask for help at the kiosk, I noticed that the QR code at the kiosk gave immediate results, the disadvantage of this location is the traffic noise from the nearby road which I found disturbing.

Great place to stand, come on time because it can be busy, which is difficult because there is no dumping site for gray and black water. You can walk with the cassette to the sanitary building further away, you can swim in the lake and there is a shower with a water tap, Orebro has a nice center near the castle.

We were here on 23-7-2024, there were still at least 10-15 places available, because it was not possible to enter the camper place due to the closed barrier, I called the management company and they said that all free places had been reserved, strange. because the description states that this is not possible.

Very nice campsite, have been here with the camper, in-laws have used the B&B which is also (temporarily?) Near swimming pool and bowling alley where you can eat, large car park with 6 places of approx. 6x3 M1, no facilities seen on rubbish bin, 1800 m of cozy center with restaurants, shops and div supers, at about 900 m there is a dealer with camping stuff.

Good camper place, within walking distance of restaurants and other facilities in Roermond, you walk right into the center and that is great though !.

There are 3 quiet camper pitches, no amenities !, parking fee € 2.50 per day, Thorn is a beautiful village with restaurants, a beautiful church, and a beautiful bike environment.

Beautiful location at fairly new marina, clean bathrooms, spacious camper pitches (4.5x10m), electricity and water available, for the chemical toilet there is a space in the harbor building, minus point is that there is no well (there is not) gray water, this myself in consultation with the harbor master with a bucket in the cistern for the chemical toilet landfill, this is not an ideal situation !.

We were here 12 / 14-2-2019 and stood alone. Beautifully located campsite, friendly reception, spacious pitches on gravel separated by hedges and with trees for shade, water, electricity and waste water drain centrally, clean bathrooms, swimming pool and restaurant which is now open in the winter period, many hiking possibilities, paid but fast internet.

Cycles along it seems to be open, but it did not look like that, fence was closed and seemed locked, there was no camper or caravan. Access road does not seem optimal for wider / longer campers by sharp turn around corner of shed.

Have been here one night night 26 / 27-09, text on power / water column what unclear, throw-in current is always 4 EUR also for eg 8 hours stay, stay longer than 24 hours to take a plug and restart procedure, so payment does not go.
