Beautiful place. Excellent restrooms, though you'll have to walk a bit to reach them, or bring a bike. It's strange there's no water point. So you'd have to go to the restaurant/restrooms for that, right? I parked far from the busy road. You can't actually dump your garbage here either. It's a shame... because you'd have to be pretty self-sufficient to stay here.

Beautiful spot in the middle of nature. Wonderfully quiet. The bathrooms are spotlessly clean. The current rate is €15.44, which is not expensive at all for such a fantastic location.

I am a woman alone. I had made a reservation and paid. But when I arrived I saw a lot of homeless people. I actually wanted to see the cathedral, but because I was quite early, I was alone. I did not feel safe and drove away. the place is quite remote, but reasonably maintained. I only did service.

Very nice place. Due to the high temperature we stood under the tree. You should pay for water and electricity but that column does not work. One of the columns of a boat did work. There are 2 small restaurants and a bakery. Lots of water.. canal and locks. Traffic audible but not annoyingly close. I had a nice walk around here. Residents are very friendly.

Very nice place. I found the road quite busy. The on-off app took some getting used to... the water kept flowing hard (I only thought I was filling a watering can). I had to turn the water off with the app. I was also allowed to shower in the pool. I gave the receptionist a piece of chocolate. Super nice people. I visited Aalst by bike: worth it! Thanks to the municipality of Aalst!

beautiful place: neat, clean. in a beautiful environment. the sanitary cabin is beautiful. Too bad there was no toilet paper. There is super hot water: very nice.

We had a great time again. We stayed 1 night with our grandchildren. They played really well. It was very convenient that I could stand close by so that we had good supervision. We then stayed 2 more nights on our own. It is so nice and quiet there... you hear so many birds... Sometimes you hear the road, but not always. The sanitary facilities are beautifully clean (if the person before you has left it really tidy) the manager is incredibly friendly and makes sure that it is very tidy

Just called because they have 4 spots. (offgrid) Beautiful quiet spot in the middle of nature. Very quiet. Water pump was broken but solved perfectly. We are also self-sufficient. Welcome drink and snack with the other 3 campers. Gies and John are great for their guests. The road to it seems difficult but was fine. John fixed the last bit of unpaved. It is easy to do.

Reviews are reasonably correct. We found the sanitary facilities a bit dated but certainly not bad. Nice warm water. also for washing up. Sufficient pressure behind it. Good directions for the bus. We had read about the planes. Is quite good. but slept well with earplugs. Staff very nice. Access gate to the very wide beach.

Just before New Year's Eve we stayed one night. We only used electricity. We are self-sufficient for the rest. Owner is very nice indeed. Great, quiet, peaceful place. Also nice walk to church and mill.

Quiet place under trees. Electricity worked well. Water too (after an earlier stop where the tap was frozen) We are self-sufficient, so used shower and toilet in the camper. Walked around a bit. It was dark after climbing a tower / ruin with a beautiful view over the town.

we stayed here for 3 nights on new year's eve. The campsite was actually closed, the owner said when we called him. But there were also people staying in the cottages. very quiet place, beautiful on the river. Sanitary facilities a bit dated but worked fine. we washed and dried for a fee. Owner very nice. We had a lovely walk to the village and cycled the other way once. It is good in and in front of the village hall.

What a great campsite! We started with 2 nights, but booked 2 more. What peace (except for the busy road next to it), what beautiful, large places and what fantastically beautiful and clean (!!) sanitary facilities. The playing field and the many beautiful play equipment and riding toys are great fun for children. Very nice manager. Nice that the chickens are scratching around and nice; the other animals. We cycled and walked. We will come back!

nice camping: places on the water are the nicest. otherwise open field, without separations. therefore also very noisy, you can literally hear the neighbors. sanitary facilities were fine. somewhat outdated but doable. enough water in the shower, for 50 cents, but the time differed per machine, so per shower (outdated?) did a trip to Luxembourg city with free public transport: on the other side of the bridge.

beautiful campsite. places on the water are the most beautiful but were busy. at the back it was quieter. high season: so many children, (barking) dogs and in the evening many fires and bbq's. not really quiet. new sanitary building beautiful and very clean. we would like to come again in the early or late season to admire the kingfishers in peace and quiet at the water (because we saw them) also took a nice walk in the area.

same as previous review. we thought it was a beautiful place. Phone number called and then the lady came quickly. sanitary simple but fine and lots and good hot water. This lady also cleans it (was the landlord of the campsite) at night very quiet. price is € 19,-

Great place to stand, it was very sunny, but the trees were a bit small. Enter via the app, it worked, but indeed pay via credit card. Minimum 24 hours Power fine, the air conditioning could be turned on. There is a waste disposal point, well provided. However, the water is not free, costs €2, - for, I think 5 minutes. However, the tap has an outlet with a metal quick coupling, which I did not have with me. So we did not take any water.

beautiful peaceful place indeed. mega view. we paid 300 Nok. inclusive. current. and water. you can use the disabled toilet at the bottom of the car park and the ramps. very clean. fine. there is a metal container, where we discharged waste.

beautiful campsite. shower, washing machine and dryer go on a digital map. we found it difficult. they were flooded last year. are in full recovery. paths are now gravel but will become asphalt. friendly owner. had a delicious meal in the restaurant

Got a beautiful spot on the water, you have to be on time. there is a second field slightly higher and further from the water. We thought the sanitary facilities were excellent and 1 bathroom has been renovated: beautiful. showering with a coin was long enough for us. Wifi was terrible. only close to the office it was good.

We were there on June 15. in the top place: very peaceful indeed. we just had huge storm. Sanitary facilities were clean for the ladies, but not for the men. The waterfalls are fantastic and definitely worth it

Found via Google Maps. beautiful little place, paved with small gravel. No amenities. possibly electricity(€) we were all alone here. Nice view over the sea with islands. Contact owner (Helga) via WhatsApp or FB. You could walk / cycle a bit here. But it is mostly quiet here.

We spent 2 nights here to rest. 100 kr + 50 kr for electricity. From here we cycled to Stavanger; very easy to do and the old center is definitely worth a visit. did some shopping on the way back; you will then pass the Rama 1000 and Kiwi. the place is very wet when it rains a lot. you have to walk up from your pitch to the toilet. old, but clean. There is also a filling point for water there. gray water and toilet are not

Agree with the previous review. nice, close when you leave the Preikenstolen tired but satisfied. We also thought it was expensive and the showers were downright dirty. I first removed all the hair from many others with paper towels. the washing machine charged the daily rate on the app...

what a beautiful campsite. beautiful places... on grass (with bad paths in between, the asphalt of which rises through tree roots) or on special camper spots. The sanitary facilities are cleaned all day long: they are spotlessly clean. We washed dishes in the kitchen: super hot water...4 spots. you can also cook it. You can take beautiful walks from here and we cycled to the lovely Mandal.

same as previous. friendly reception, paid in cash. washing up place not found. reasonably clean shower and toilet, washcloths from the previous people were still in the waste bin we were the only ones last night. extremely quiet. we were not bothered by the highway. slept well. the location is beautiful: very nice view.

beautiful camper spot... on asphalt... camper was nicely level. We were on time and the 4th person who showed up... filled up quickly at the end of the day. you are standing right next to the swimming pool where they learned to swim at school. :-) a lot of noise in the evening from loud music from a bridal party location. It's nice that there is a greywater-free place and indeed waste bins. great, Sittard ♡

beautiful campsite with many mobile homes, glamping tents and lawns. we received a friendly welcome. The request was to stand on the paved path because the grass (and the ground) was so nasty. we understood of course. We didn't have such a "nice" view or anything, but it was only for 1 night. sanitary facilities are outdated. very clean. shower was small (we are 1.83 m.), but with hot water and clean. there was also a small heater.

So you are not allowed to spend the night here (anymore). we were there for a while during the day. no facilities. great places. there are also a lot of trucks.

beautiful place if you are at the front of the line of 4. all spots were initially occupied. is indeed noisy in the evening and night. cars pass by with skidding tires and/or motorcycles/mopeds. We're going to try it again during the week...
