On October 25th, there were still many campers. Beautiful location with cycling opportunities. The grounds need maintenance. Many pitches are muddy, and the access road has potholes. Checking in at the machine is easy, but only with cash. Electricity is coin-operated via electricity cards. Restrooms are available. It's a shame that the chemical toilet can be emptied, but not flushed.

Don't expect a luxury campsite for the price, but a campsite with clean but outdated sanitary facilities. Little shade, but large pitches. Sea with beautiful beach at approx. 200 m. Enough restaurants within walking distance and bread opposite the campsite. Cycle path to Leucate and Port Leucate. In short, a great location for a few days at the beach.

Quietly situated campsite with a view of a field of sunflowers. Large pitches with shade and sun, friendly English managers and clean sanitary facilities, swimming pool and bread service. Bar with terrace where the owners also - in our case - organise a pizza evening. Cordes can be reached by bike via small quiet roads.

We had great days at this beautiful campsite with spacious pitches and a beautiful swimming pool. Friendly welcome, clean sanitary facilities and within cycling distance of the village and beach. Situated a bit higher and therefore away from the hustle and bustle of the other campsites.

The campsite has many different trees and shrubs, which makes the campsite look nice. The pitches are good and the sanitary facilities are fine. The campsite is located on a small lake with a beach. Good cycling opportunities nearby. The route through the special cycling tunnel (tunnel Du Chat) above the campsite through the mountain to the Lac du Bourget is certainly special.

Camping situated above the lake, but no view on the vast majority. Clean sanitary facilities and nice swimming pool with slide in separate pool. Many sunbeds. Bread also available on the camping in June. Pitches not very big and many trees. No cycling possibilities from the camping due to steep roads.

Beautiful vegetation on the campsite but therefore somewhat difficult to maneuver in some places with our camper of 7.50 m. Very friendly reception. Campsite is located in a kind of valley on a river near the beautiful old town of Mirmande with several restaurants. Cycling on small roads with e-bike is possible. Free good Wifi over the entire terrain.

Spacious pitches, some with a view of the Ardèche. Friendly welcome at the reception. Very close to the bakery and small supermarket. Also close to the cycle path Via Ardèche. Wifi on the site is not free, only free near the reception. For us, worth repeating.

On October 25th the campsite was full. Forced to use the camper place. Very narrow places. No water to flush the toilet and grey water waste disposal point out of order. For 4 euros 60 liters of water is very expensive when camper place costs 17.32. Up the stairs and you are in the city and that was unfortunately the only positive thing we can report. Camping facilities may not be used.

Campsite has changed name. Now called camping Le Dauphin. Open again since April 2024. Spacious place for campers. Sanitary facilities available.

No bread service and no shops or bakery in the nearby village. Supermarket with bicycle difficult to reach on unpaved country roads. Bicycle tours always start via unpaved roads around the campsite that are muddy when it rains. Very quiet.

Nice bike rides are possible from the campsite to the castle and other coastal towns. In the Sarzeau area, bicycle junctions were used, the map of which would be available at the tourist office at the end of July.

To the beach via a large hill that can be cycled with an electric bicycle. No separate cycle paths, but it is possible to cycle via quiet back roads to Granville, among others.

Telephone very friendly staff. Camping only takes reservations from regular guests, but would probably have room. Upon arrival at the campsite, without a reservation, you are welcomed by extremely unfriendly staff who absolutely do not want to receive camping guests. So turned right.

Beautiful campsite next to a park from which the cycle route to Luxembourg city begins. Clean and nice sanitary facilities. Bakery and restaurants within walking distance of the campsite. It's just a shame that you have to eat because after 9 pm it is no longer possible to take a hot shower.

Good motorhome on paved surface. Close to beautiful beach and cycling routes. Number of restaurants a short distance away at the dune crossing. Small shop for bread, etc. just in front of the campsite and therefore accessible.

Campers are on terraces. In high season it is necessary to reserve a place because the campsite is busy. Plumbing is difficult to reach due to sloping terrain. The terrain is not well maintained in high season: pruning waste and nettles in places. You should go to this campsite for the beautiful view and not for cycling, although a “green cycle route” ends/begins in Fécamp.

Quietly located place in a park, near a simple restaurant, on the river Lot. Good place for an overnight stay or to cycle a bit on the bike path that runs directly past the Camperplaats. Very authentic bakery around the corner. Tokens for water, etc., available at the brasserie for 3 euros.

Good campsite with very reasonable price for this area. Very busy in season. Bike path around the lake. Direction Annecy very busy but on the other side of the lake much quieter. Due to a steep slope, it is better to cycle clockwise. Also bike path towards Albertville.

This review refers to camping des Rivières in Daon. Camping Du Bac is located in Ménil, about 6 km to the north, also on the river. The coordinates at camping Du Bac take you to camping des Rivières. We have been at camping des Rivières. Great campsite with large places and good sanitary. There is also a swimming pool and river possibilities for renting canoes, etc. Bicycle path along the river.

Good motorhome, but not enough power connections. Paved places, some with shade. To the beach, cycle more than 12 kilometers on cycle paths through woods and dunes. Beach on lake closer.

Nice little campsite with large pitches under fruit trees. Showering with coins. Within cycling distance of the small village of Beaumont-en-Auge where there are few restaurants. For that you have to go up and down the hill.

Beautiful free places on the Nieuwe Waterweg. But unfortunately too few places. For us no place and given the number of campers that drove around or parked in the area, we were not the only ones who had no place. Maybe make more places and pay for something. Dived to Maassluis; there also occupied all free places.

Small campsite next to the large Zaton Holliday resort. Sanitary fine. Places spacious and most with shade. Nin beautiful place within walking distance. Swimming pool on site. Beach at camp was overcrowded in July and the sea was very shallow and the water warm. For us not attractive. Zadar can be reached by bicycle along a sloping path but not recommended if it is hot. Zadar beautiful city.

Second half of July was very busy at the campsite. Yet still a place without reservation. Receipt business. Sanitary good and clean. Beautiful beach is camping. Restaurants small village few minutes walk from the campsite. Trogir to walk or cycle or otherwise take taxi boat which docks at the camp. WiFi fee. Small shop on site.

Excellent site to visit Dubrovnik. Bus stop is at exit site. Within half an hour in Dubrovnik. Friendly and helpful managers. Sanitary fine. Places are spacious and generally shady. Will provide sufficient groceries in town for only a small supermarket. Small beach accessible via very steep road.

Second half of July 2015 been here. Many places have shade and the pitches are spacious. Plumbing in order. In the evening just no hot dishwater. WiFi fee. Camping adjoins very busy narrow beach where you reserve seats in the shade. Interesting little village within walking distance.

In late July 2015, there was still enough room on the site. Friendly welcome. Sanitary we found some moderate. Water for showering was not hot and not hot tap to wash clothes. Sanitary old but clean. Little shade on site. However, very convenient location to beach and village. Free WiFi in the campsite. We are after one night left.

Prima camper place with very friendly reception. Near the nice town Thorn. Sanitary facilities but somewhat limited when it is busy.
