Don't listen to your sat nav if it tells you to go up opposite the bridge in Llangollen. That is the only road to Wern Isaf Farm that can be driven by a camper. Nice quiet campsite with old but good toilet facilities. It is on a working farm. Llangollen is 1km away on foot. You can cycle from here to the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct along the Shropshire Canal on the towpath 20km return.

Also been here in 2023. Excellent CP for one night. Nice spacious flat pitches. Each pitch with electricity, water and grey water well. Nice view over the hills at the back. No other sanitary facilities! No reception. Can only be booked via the internet. Barrier opens with number plate recognition. Didn't work for us but was quickly resolved via tel#. Supermarket at 200m. Kendal centre at 1.5km £23pn 2p

What a nice camper spot. It's nice that places like this exist. Compliments to the municipality of Castro Cardelas. Directly below the center of the city, which can be reached via a staircase. The city's beautiful old castle is just a few hundred meters away. Discharge and fresh water intake.
