A campsite deep in the Burgundy forests—surrounded by nothing but trees, the nearest supermarket more than 20km away. This makes it very close to nature and quiet. Pitches are grassy or gravel, some by the stream. The restrooms are very small and old, but clean. Electricity is available, and the water and sewage disposal system is very good. There's a bakery nearby, but you have to walk 50m uphill.

Even in summer 2015, the camping atmosphere is unparalleled. The beach is a quick bike ride away. A bakery, pharmacy, and two small supermarkets (open only during peak season) are nearby. Pitches aren't marked out, so you sometimes need very long power cables. No satellite reception, but plenty of tall trees provide shade. We love this place – thanks to CCP!

Can't find a parking space in Concarneau or Quimper? No problem – Elliant offers a very quiet alternative on asphalt for more than ten vehicles. No electricity, water and sewage disposal via ground inlet, and free water (opens August 2025). The village has a very good bakery and small shop. Astra 1 satellite reception is available, and trash and glass containers are available.

A winding pitch right by the sea – just across the road, and you're on the beach. It's cramped, and the pitches are unmarked. Electricity is available everywhere, but the water and electricity connections are off-site and in a sorry state, but mostly functional. A bakery is 2 km away, and the supermarket in La Turballe is 3 km away. It's not particularly scenic here, but the beachfront location is priceless. Bike tours to Guérande, etc., are possible, even without an e-bike.

New parking markings—but none for RVs, so you can still park anywhere, and there's plenty of space. No electricity, but Astra 1 satellite reception is available. Water and electricity are available, and will be operational in summer 2025. Ground-level drainage, free water. A bakery is within walking distance. Perfect for a stopover, and extremely quiet at night.

Located on the edge of a small village, near the Spanish border and the Atlantic Ocean. Quiet and well-lit at night, with Astra 1 satellite reception. Electricity and water are available, and trash is provided. The walk to the bakery and the village is somewhat difficult.

Well-located parking space near the citadel. The pitches are a bit narrow, and with an awning and table/chairs, it's tight. There's no shade. Electricity and Astra 1 satellite reception are available everywhere. Garbage disposal and water and electricity are available nearby. Bakeries, bars, and supermarkets are located in the town (1.5 km). Very reasonable prices—and the citadel is a must-see.

A dreamy place, even in the summer of 2025. You can always swim in the lake (even at night), and the sunset with its play of light on the opposite mountain is wonderful. You just have to bring everything with you, because there's nothing here except space and a view.

Reassessment in summer 2025: the vast tree population was completely cleared and replaced with new plantings. This gives the area a much more open and airy feel – and Astra 1 satellite reception is suddenly possible. :-) A well-maintained outdoor pool is next door; campers pay €2 for admission. Infrastructure is as good as ever, with water/sewage and electricity available. Waste separation and glass containers are available.

A small, comfortable, free parking space below a small village, with a supermarket and bakery nearby. Free water and garbage disposal, Astra 1 satellite reception available. Individual small parking bays on fine gravel with grassy strips in between, a well-maintained overall appearance. Located by a small stream, only its gentle babbling can be heard at night. No electricity, a good location near the N7, just outside Roanne and Lyon. Thanks to the municipality!

A well-maintained campsite in the heart of a small village between Chartres and Orléans. There's a bakery, a small supermarket (all within walking distance), electricity, a spacious water and electricity supply, and spacious grassy pitches with hedges between them. Additional pitches are gravel. Garbage disposal is available directly on site, and Astra 1 satellite reception is available. You can hear the sound of the nearby A10 motorway. We had a great time here in the summer of 2025!

A supply station located on the outskirts of Clermont. It's not old yet, but it won't be in operation until summer 2025. Located at the edge of a parking lot, it's easily accessible.

Campsites located above Clermont, with bakeries and everything you need in the village. Difficult by bike due to steep roads. No electricity, no water/supply. The refreshment station at the tennis court was out of service in the summer of 2025.

A very well-maintained campsite on the outskirts of a small town, quiet location, with Astra 1 satellite reception. Grassy strips between the pitches. Water and electricity included in the price. A bakery, bars, and supermarkets are located in the village. It's next to a leisure center, so it's sometimes a bit hectic, but not really a nuisance. Recommended!

A highly recommended small campsite. Bookable and payable online, check-in on-site with a code. Pleasant atmosphere, clean and regularly maintained restrooms, good water and waste disposal, and efficient waste disposal. A bakery is 1.2 km away (no incline!), and a supermarket is 2.5 km away. 100m² pitches (Type K) are equipped with electricity, water, and sewage disposal. Astra 1 satellite reception is available.

A truly very, very spacious pitch at the Weißenburg fairgrounds. Many mobile homes cluster on one side, but you can also park anywhere else you like, and you even have a strip of grass to sit on. Astra 1 satellite reception is good, water and electricity are available, but the ground inlet is not drive-over. It worked perfectly in April 2025. A short walk (1 km) into town, where there are bakeries and everything else. Thanks to the municipality for everything!

A pitch that truly leaves nothing to be desired. Located at the edge of a car park, there are paved and completely level bays, with water and electricity supplies and a restroom in excellent (!) condition. Plenty of power poles, and easy Astra 1 satellite reception. A short walk to the picturesque village, where you'll find everything you need. Two supermarkets are nearby (1km on foot or by bike). And all of this is free – thanks to the local authority, that's truly exemplary!

The first CCP parking space in this country - we had to test it after having been travelling in France for years. The location is not really nice, but it is functional. The ground is fine gravel, plots are marked by tree trunks. Electricity and satellite reception everywhere, Astra 1, bakery and everything else can be reached quickly by bike. Water/electricity with ground inlet as you would expect from France. You wouldn't want to go on holiday here - but it is practical.

Well-located parking space on the edge of a car park. Six parking bays on stone, very good water/electricity with floor inlet and high water pressure, well-maintained condition. Astra 1 satellite reception possible, bakeries, supermarkets, petrol station in the village. Thanks to the municipality for the free parking space in the beautiful Altmühltal!

This is not a parking space, but a service area operated by Moser Caravaning. Open 24/7, water/electricity with floor inlet. Functioning perfectly in October 2024. Located quite close to the motorway. Good water pressure, only water/electricity in the wider area.

A huge parking space in the middle of Le Bugue, also known as Saint Denis from the novels of the town policeman Bruno. Lots of advantages: cheap (7€ / night), Astra1 satellite reception often possible, water/electricity with floor inlet, bakeries, bistros, laundromat, supermarket within walking distance. No electricity, residual waste disposal subject to a fee. In the area are the legendary caves (Grotte des Sorcieres, Bara-Bahau, Proumeyssac). Saturday is market day - with Tomme d'Audrix!

A very ugly, small and unkempt parking space, mostly full of parked cars. Very dirty disposal station with floor inlet. Toilet tanks are emptied into a huge concrete pipe, the lid of which has to be lifted up first. It splashes and stinks horribly. Flushing water is right next door, there is no electricity. Drive on quickly!!

Very nicely located parking space in a small village on the main road, but absolutely quiet at night. Very nice view of meadows and playgrounds to the rear. Garbage disposal and satellite reception Astra1 possible, no electricity. V/E 200m away at no extra charge. Payment actually at the Mairie opposite, 2€. Small supermarket in the village, bakery 1.6km away. Nice parking space!

No longer an insider tip - of course, at 300m from the Ardêche beach, bars and boulangeries... in summer 2024 it will be almost fully booked every evening. Important: only arrive via the "Route Touristique Gorges de l'Ardêche", otherwise you will get stuck in the tiny alleys of the town. Still a clear recommendation - have fun in Département 07!

Free parking space in a small village near the N7. Free water/electricity with ground inlet, no electricity. Approx. five very level parking spaces, a bit dusty in summer. Bakery and small épicerie within walking distance. Astra1 satellite reception possible.

Very nicely located parking space just above the N7 on the edge of a small village. No electricity, no water/electricity, but garbage containers and satellite reception Astra1. Fantastic view of the N7 and the A7 - which you *can't* hear, by the way. Bakery and shop for vegetables, fruit and some épicerie 1.2 km away on the N7. Nothing else of importance in the village. Highly recommended for an overnight stay!

Still a pitch with an incomparable camping atmosphere at a ridiculously low price (4€ basic fee plus 10 cents per hour). A lot of space, you can stand where and how you want. Supermarket and bakery 300m away, town centre approx. 1km. Garbage disposal and water/supply with floor inlet. If you need electricity and sanitary facilities so urgently, you should go to a campsite... I can't understand it. Moulins is one of my favourite pitches!

Very well-maintained Camping Municipal, now managed by Camping Car Park. Very clean sanitary facilities, two on the site. Electricity, water and sewage installed everywhere, many of the plots absurdly large (>200m2). Some have satellite reception for Astra 1. Supermarket, bakeries, outdoor pool, bar-tabac within walking distance. You could hardly wish for better facilities - keep it up, Vatan!!

Very nice parking space for five vehicles, if necessary you can park on the grass here and there. Free water, ground inlet. No electricity, but satellite reception Astra 1. Two bakeries within walking distance, small supermarket 2.5km away, but quite uphill. Hiking trail signposted, very nice and rural atmosphere. Asphalted parking spaces with seating areas and grass strips. Video surveillance, waste disposal. Recommended!

Small campsite located on a former quarry lake, mainly for long-term campers. Sanitary building renovated, very clean, including soap and toilet paper. In summer you can swim in the lake. Three (!) supermarkets within 200m, bakeries also open on Sundays. Satellite reception not available on all pitches. Site management very polite and friendly, which also applies to the long-term campers (and is really unusual). Outdoor pool next door. Great prices.

December 2023: V/E in very good, clean condition. Running water even in winter, even free of charge. Praise & thanks to the operator!

A formerly closed campsite now reopened by CCP. Sanitary facilities in newer condition, electricity everywhere. Parcelling by hedges and bushes, pleasantly large. Lots of choice with and without shade. But a little more green maintenance would be good (lawn mowing, low-hanging branches, etc.). Bakery in 600m on the through road. Beautiful views of the countryside and fields. V/E brand new in front of the premises.

A former Camping Municipal with approx. 30 pitches, 12 of which are specially designed for mobile homes (surface paved, fine gravel) and with electricity. The rest on grass undivided under trees, plenty of shade available (therefore no satellite reception Astra 1), electricity here only sometimes. Very well maintained property and top clean sanitary facilities. Garbage disposal available. Short way to the village, there small supermarket and bakery. In a calm neighborhood. A fine, recommended investment!

Well-kept parking space from AirePark located directly on the Atlantic in a quiet residential area. Electricity everywhere, two lanes V/E, Astra 1 satellite reception possible. About two kilometers to the bakery and the supermarket, easily accessible by bike. Garbage disposal available, also mini golf and Buvette in front of the door. Short distances to the beach and the port.

Buah, the pitch is really ugly. It looks dingy and unkempt, there seems to be some junk around the edge for years, so it looks like it's in a construction yard. The plots are quite small, the ground is rocky and dusty. In the summer, the smell of the dumpsters wafts over the left part of the square… brrr. Actually not worthy of the CCP chain - what were they thinking here?

Very small, former municipal campsite in a small village. Free of charge, no electricity, no satellite reception Astra 1, but V/E with tokens. You can find them in the Bar-Tabac opposite, the bakery is next door. Pitches delimited by hedges, not quite flat, but totally cute. No highlights in the village, but it's really cozy here. Has something of an insider tip - we were coming here on our way from Brittany.

Located behind a parking lot - but everything will be rebuilt there in the summer of 2023, which can certainly take a few months. Therefore, there is currently no parking space here, everything is full of building materials and construction machines.

Facilities new in 2023. The pitch was once part of a car park at Fronton Stade and is operated by AireServices. Payment by card, no cash possible. It is unclear how many parking spaces there are here, the markings have been painted over. Fresh water costs €3. Tapping water works like this: Buy service at the machine (multilingual), then scan the printed ticket, then start delivery (on the screen), then type in the service number: 001.

The parking space on the Rue du Portail is quite cute, although probably a bit tricky for vehicles >7m (already as far as the access is concerned). The V/E on the other side of the street is really great, you have to say thank you to the municipality. Unfortunately, on summer evenings, shady characters cavort under the trees between the vehicles, consuming alcohol and playing with large dogs. So we left at 10 p.m.

A former camping municipal that has been in good condition since 2023. Pruned trees, pitches on rough gravel. Astra 1 satellite reception possible on some pitches. Electricity everywhere, two lanes V/E, garbage container. Location right on the lake and behind skyscrapers. Bakery, épicerie, launderette, beach nearby. The place isn't beautiful, but the location by the lake makes up for it.

Another very small, cute former camping municipal that CCP has now taken over. Only 30 pitches, mostly on grass, not all with electricity, some partly shaded, some not at all. Astra 1 satellite reception is therefore sometimes possible. Sanitary building old municipal standard of the 1960s. Swampy river with lots of frog croaking at night. In the village bakery and butcher, but you have to walk 400m steeply up. Recommended place :-)

No designated parking space, but RVs still seem welcome here (free of charge). Parking lot in the center of the village next to the tourist information office, very nice view of the valley. No electricity, no V/E, Astra 1 satellite reception possible. Nice approach, small supermarket (Proxi) within walking distance. Bakery was closed. On weekdays before 8:00 a.m. and at 4:00 p.m. Parents’ taxi traffic, as the elementary school is across the street. A wonderful place to stay!

Free parking space in the courtyard of an old building - no idea what that used to be. Many pitches on grass pavers, V/E with floor drain and free fresh water. Satellite reception Astra 1 possible.

The parking space has recently been subject to a charge - the company Roadsurfer has put up information boards with QR codes here and would like to be compensated for their use. Well...

In itself a beautifully located, free parking space directly on the Sâone on asphalt, no individual power connections, but V / E with floor inlet and waste disposal. Walk to the village about 5 minutes, there bakeries and everything else. The site is only 3km from the A6, so very good for a one night stopover, but the 2.5m wide parking spaces are really a bad joke. You can pass the salt shaker to your neighbor through the window...

Free and located on the outskirts of a small village close to the N7; Pitches flat, but quite sloping. It's just a school parking lot. V/E is present, the floor inlet is well done, the water supply is not so. Disposal of chemical toilets is fine, the tap for drinking water is not very hygienic and consists of a non-threaded Presto tap with very low water pressure.

Wonderfully located pitch on the edge of one of the most beautiful villages in France. In the spring of 2023, separate plots with electricity will be created here. It is not yet clear whether there will also be water or a V/E. Fantastic view of the Rhone Valley, Mirmande is incredibly beautiful with countless alleyways, stairs and tiny stairs. There is even a bakery here. A visit with an overnight stay is definitely worthwhile.

An unofficial, because not signposted parking space in a small village next to the - also small - port. No electricity, no V/E, garbage and glass containers, Astra1 satellite reception possible. Bakery in town (400m). Supermarkets in Vauvert (6km). Bike tours through the Camargue possible, but partly hilly. On the one hand, the view from the parking space is of a desolate building (construction yard?), on the other hand, it is beautiful in nature. There is a drinking water tap at the boulodrome.

Well-kept and spacious pitch with V/E and electricity on all pitches. Marina view but a bit isolated. Bakery located at 1.2 km. With the bike you are quickly in the center, where everything important is available.

Pitch from CCP with electricity, water, V/E, garbage disposal and satellite reception Astra 1. 100 meters from the beach / sea, surrounded by other campsites. Next bakery / supermarket in La Couronne, the way there is not long (2km), but a bit difficult due to a steep hill. It can be done by bike, but you have to push it up the hill. In summer, the parking space should be extremely popular - just cross the street and into the sea...

Free parking space, right in the center of town, next to the swimming pool. Is just a medium sized, undivided parking lot with four designated spaces and power pole. Virtually unused outside of the outdoor pool season, then you can stand anywhere. Satellite reception Astra 1 possible, no V/E. Ten minute walk to the bakery.

Really recommendable parking space outside on the outskirts. Quiet location with a view of meadows and fields, you can reach the village in ten minutes by bike (1.5 km). Shopping center also easily accessible. On the square satellite reception Astra 1, electricity columns with coin payment. V/E with floor inlet also in operation in winter. Paved parking spaces and partly laid out as bays, partly on adjacent parking areas. Area rather boring, good for cycling.

The place is functional - there is a V/E without floor inlet, electricity is there, satellite reception Astra 1 is possible, next door is a swimming pool and a few hundred meters further a bakery in a garden center. We found Fellbach itself anything but attractive, perhaps the parking space can still score with its proximity to Stuttgart, although there is not much worth seeing there either. But what is beautiful about this parking space? It is a large parking lot without flair...??

New disposal station since summer 2022 - very good floor inlet, fresh water column with Gardena plug connection. Next to it is a machine for Thetford and Dometic cassettes. Additional manual emptying for cassettes.

Free parking space on a lake (no bathing water) on the outskirts - still only 500m to the village, there bakery. No V/E, no electricity. Picnic benches and pump track, Astra 1 satellite reception possible. Totally quiet at night. playground opposite. Garbage disposal available, no glass containers.

At 11 € per night but in my opinion at least the fresh water should be included. Just like in Dürrheim - and there's also a thermal bath ticket.

Two bakeries and butchers within walking distance, supermarket and petrol station 500m away. There and in the other shops also tokens for the V/E. Very nice place for transit or a weekend.

Asphalted parking space right next to the village road. On the one hand very nicely situated by the stream, on the other hand unfortunately next to a clearing pond and the sewage treatment plant. It smells a bit swampy, but it's fine for one night. Very good V/E (tokens in the Mairie and the bar), no electricity, but glass and garbage containers. In the bar (50 m) also Épicerie and Dépot de pain. Some through traffic but quiet at night.

Former Camping Municipal, somewhat desolate location. Large plots, electricity, V/E, satellite reception Astra 1. 1.5 km to the village, there good bakery and supermarket, 5 minutes by bike. Many coniferous trees on the pitch, bordering forests, somewhat Provençal in character. quiet at night. Very good in transit for one night.

Very centrally located, on a mixed parking lot. Started stay just seven hours. No V/E, only electricity with tokens (Office du Tourisme). Garbage and glass containers available. Good for visiting Ploërmel, not for an overnight stay.

As is so often the case with CCP, a former, very small municipal campsite that now has a new life. Pitches all under old trees, all a bit crooked and uneven, but very comfortable. Place is very well maintained, the vegetation trimmed properly in height. Small sanitary building top renovated. In the village bakery and small Épicerie. In the evening you will be greeted personally. Electricity and V/E of course. A place to feel good!

Station has been renewed, is in good condition (summer 2022). For 2 euros you get 10 minutes of water.

There is a supply and disposal. The column will be out of service in the summer of 2022, but there is an option to discharge gray water and empty the toilet. There is also a working, relatively new faucet on one wall.

The parking space will be closed in summer 2022, height restrictions (2m) have already been concreted. But directly behind it, a new parking space from the AireServices chain will be opened in autumn 2022, which will of course include all services.

Very nicely located pitch right on the beach with small trees and vegetation. No electricity, no V/E, but the location counts. Tregunc is a few kilometers away. Tip: in summer you can buy fresh bread at the Yelloh campsite. There should be many more of these pitches - thanks to the community!

Directly on the beach and with sea views, a pitch of a kind that there are likely to be many more. No electricity, no V/E, but unbeatable location. Small and uncomplicated. Only little space between the vehicles, especially not suitable for vehicles longer than 7m. If full: Tregunc offers another parking space just two kilometers away. Thanks to the community!

A really, very nicely laid out, brand new parking space that replaces the old, free one. It is on the territory of the adjacent Camping Municipal, but separated. Spacious pitches, terraced, part dirt, part paved. Right on the beach and the sea (10m!). Electricity, V/E (2 lanes), garbage and glass containers and Astra 1 satellite reception available. In the village small supermarket, bakery, bistros, souvenirs. Absolute recommendation!!

The square is closed and blocked with boulders. The new parking space (600m further) behind the campsite is open and very nice!

Parking space in a picturesque doll town full of studios and artists - but there is also a very good bakery here. 300m from the town center, very quiet. No excessive insect exposure despite proximity to swamps/canals. Marked pitches on fine gravel, Astra 1 satellite reception possible. V/E easily accessible, electricity in all places. Garbage and glass containers at the edge of the square. The village is definitely worth a visit!

Quite spacious pitch without shade. Some very large plots with lawn strips, in which sometimes two vehicles can park on the left / right. However, there is still room for more vehicles. No electricity, but V/E with floor inlet. Emptying for toilets under flap in the floor. Fresh water tap with 1/2" connection. Satellite reception Astra 1 possible. Everything you need in the village, supermarkets on the outskirts.

Ingeniously located parking space under shady trees. Almost 2km to the kilometer long beach. No Astra1 satellite reception, but V/E and electricity (sometimes it takes 50m of cable!). Small supermarket with bread (Spar) 500m away. There is a lot of camping flair here in the high season. In front of the square there is a public toilet with two sinks and an aqua park with many slides. I felt very comfortable here in the summer of 2022!

Parking space in a Pyrenees village on the outskirts in front of the Stade. Actually just a medium sized car park with no clearly marked parking spaces, but a signposted V/E with floor inlet. Outhouses new for 2022, with sink, soap and towels. Not perfect for overnight stays, but great for a break with a picnic and water supply and disposal. No electricity, but a water tap with a Gardena coupling welded on :-). Thanks very much!

There is no parking space here. The pictures show two public parking lots: one at the cemetery, one at the church. These are not RV sites, however, and there are no signs or signposts. Motorhomes don't belong here!

Beautifully located, very clean and well-kept parking space with three plots in a village with only 120 inhabitants. View of meadows, fields, pastures, cows and the sunset. V/E with floor inlet available, only one socket available. Seating in a shelter, lots of trash cans. Satellite reception Astra 1 possible. In the village: nothing. But the detour is worth it, it's really beautiful here. Recommendation!

Unbeatable pitch for a visit to the Lourdes cave. Explicitly cleared for RVs, 10 to 15 minute walk to sanctuary. No V/E, no electricity and not particularly clean, but incredibly free. You could also spend the night here, but the pitch in Bénéjacq is much nicer and can be reached quickly after visiting the grotto. In any case, a big thank you to the municipality of Lourdes!

Summer 2022: place is closed by the municipality ("Travaux"). Nevertheless, it is accessible, but besieged by camper bums and gypsies. Bulky waste and broken vehicles are everywhere. The V/E is out of service. I am posting a picture from July 14th, 2022 - it's not worth going there!

Parking space outside of town. All around is nothing but wasteland. Way to the town 2km, there bakery and everything important available. Parcels very level and covered with gravel, separated from each other. There is enough space for table, chairs and awning. V/E as always at Camping Car Park in perfect condition, enough maneuvering space. Satellite reception Astra 1 good. Garbage and glass containers on site.

This parking space no longer exists. It is a small parking lot in the middle of a small village with many one-way streets and very narrow streets. You can't stand or stay here. There are also no signs or instructions. There is no mobile home parking space here!

V/E on the edge of the village, self-built and very dingy. Sloping driveway. I don't want to supply and dispose of here.

A former municipal campground that has been split in two: the Camping Car Park site on this side of the road, and the rest of the campsite on the other side, which is operated separately in summer. There are also the sanitary facilities. 300m down into the village there is a bakery, bars, a small supermarket, a public bathing area (free) on the Ardèche and pedal boat rentals. Satellite reception Astra1 usually possible, some small trees available. Brilliant!!

Former municipal camping converted into a parking space. Sanitary building closed, but V/E with floor inlet available. Almost 40 cozy plots under large trees, therefore satellite reception Astra 1 only at the edge of the site; plenty of taps and sockets available. Opposite small supermarket, bakery in about 300m in the village. The course is located on a kind of island in the Rhône. Beautiful, level cycle path to Tournon (10 km). I like it here :-)

About ten kilometers from the N7, but it's a steep climb from there. But the road is well developed and easy to drive on. The pitch is at an altitude of over 800m and can therefore be significantly cooler than down in the valley. The view is terrific, the pitch is clean, well-kept and fairly new. Attention: you are not allowed to stand in the pretty little car park by the canal (prohibition sign). The parking spaces are behind it, between glass containers, garbage cans, a completely broken disposal station and other dumps. Backyard flair, scruffy and fie! Tip: just 1km further on the other side of the canal is a cute, cozy camping municipal. There you stand beautifully for less than 6 € / night (2 people without electricity).

A very cute campsite, which is maintained by volunteers and has probably been around since the 1960s. Trees and cozy plots, a little river rushes past. You can arrive all day and choose a place, in the morning between 7 and 9 and in the evening between 18 and 19:30 a friendly lady comes to collect the cash. The price is laughable (1 person with motorhome €3.55 / night in 2022). Sanitary facilities clean. recommendation

A very large, elongated parking lot with asphalt and small gravel. Not signposted as a parking space, but so huge that you can easily stay overnight here (not on market days). No electricity, no V/E, but you can stand beautifully right on the Loing. 400m to the town center, there supermarket, bakery and much more. You can cycle very nicely on the Loing, everything is signposted. Recommendation for more than one night!

Reassessment 2022: Possibility of emptying cassette toilets in the adjoining toilet block. Be sure to visit the new machine with 'produits régionaux' - here you can find juices, honey, spreads, fresh fruit and vegetables, eggs... Payment by bank card. Very attractive offer!

Small parking space for five to six mobile homes, separated from the road by a hedge. Located next to the playground and sports facilities, therefore also used as a parking lot for cars. Quiet at night, meeting place for young people and families during the day, so sometimes a bit lively. Good V/E, water for free, bottom inlet but no electricity. Glass and waste containers available. Curious mix of Womo parking space and parking space with V / E. Located on the outskirts next to a tennis court. The V/E is recommended - well built floor inlet and generous disposal for toilet cassettes along with fresh water supply. Disposal of gray water and cassettes including rinsing free of charge, fresh water from 10 cents (8l) up to 2€ (160l). Tap with 1/2" thread. 2022 all in very good condition.

Parking space located directly on the Maas (Meuse), Intermarché diagonally opposite, bakery 1km away. Quietly located, well-kept overall impression, Astra1 satellite reception possible. Electricity included, V/E located within the complex. Garbage disposal and seating available. Significantly better than the free space at Haybes.

Revaluation 2022: unchanged attractive, largely well-kept complex. V/E always functional. Bakery and laundromat easily accessible. Unfortunately, there are permanent campers here who apparently stay here for months.

Electricity columns operated with tokens, token machines at the V/E (each 3.00 for four hours of electricity). Supply / disposal in front of the square, also available for guests. Card payment only, open in winter. Satellite reception Astra 1 good. Located on two Étangs, bakery in Cappel about 1.5km away. Otherwise here: nothing. :-)

October 2021: Place still closed. Parking spaces at the thermal baths are not available as the parking lot is permanently overcrowded.

Free motorhome parking space on pavement, electricity and V / E available, but no floor inlet. Located next to the fairground on the edge of a small village. Within walking distance of the bakery and butcher's shop, and a supermarket 1km away. Astra 1 satellite reception possible, quiet at night despite being on a thoroughfare. Adjacent car parking lot. The proximity to the greater Nuremberg / Erlangen area is interesting.

Somewhat reminiscent of the P1 at Messe Düsseldorf. Actually parking lot, but on weekends with no games and in between there is a campsite with plenty of space for over 100 vehicles. 13km bike path to Marienplatz, 3km to the next bakery with Edeka. Camperclean for cassettes (€ 2), fresh water free, floor inlet. Astra 1 satellite reception possible. Permanent parking space also for Irish tinkers and gens de voyage, therefore dingy here and there.

Well-functioning V / E. Fresh water costs € 1 (each) just like dumping the toilet cassette ... is the type V / E with shutters. Unfortunately no floor inlet, although operated by professionals (located directly at the sewage treatment plant) - because the station is at the small driveway to the company premises. You can turn / turn 20 meters further in front of the sewage works gate. For the gray water one of the gullies has to be used ... for example the one five meters in front of the station :-)

Free parking space on the outskirts of Frontenhausen - better known to connoisseurs as Niederkaltenkirchen. 300m away from the Franz-Eberhofer-Kreisel and just as far from the famous Marienplatz and the legendary butcher shop Simmel (which is actually called Stadler). There also a bakery, pharmacy and ice cream parlor. Edeka in 2.5km on the outskirts. Astra 1 satellite reception possible, four CEE sockets with coin slot. No V / E or garbage disposal. Insider tip for Eberhofer fans!

Close to the center and very suitable for a visit to Landshut, but only a huge, uncomfortable parking lot without electricity and V / E. In terms of price, of course, it is unbeatable, and the old town and Isar cycle paths are also very positive. Astra1 satellite reception possible, next V / E in Moosburg, 15km).

Due to the location at a busy intersection and in the small back yard of a multi-purpose hall, it is as loud as it is uncomfortable. The V / E is in very good condition and has a reliable supply of water and electricity. Cassette inlet is present, but no bottom inlet. Directly at the driveway, however, there is a gully that you can drive over. Since there is no other V / E available in the area, the location here is an alternative - I would not like to spend the night here.

A particularly beautiful place in the middle of a very small village. Lovingly laid out and cared for, small parking bays with strips of lawn in between to sit on. V / E with floor inlet enclosed, unfortunately operated with tokens (Mairie or post office, approx. 400m further). Bread is also sold in the post office (be there early enough!). If fresh water is urgently needed: the public toilet mentioned (brand new!) Has an outside water tap.

Re-evaluation: the site is actively maintained and now has paved lanes made of grass pavers on all four parking spaces. In addition, gravel was applied so that you can sit nicely between the vehicles. More than ever an optimal alternative to the uncomfortable parking space in Bad Mergentheim!

Not signposted parking space, beautifully located on the duck pond, almost completely flat. No electricity, no V / E, Astra1 satellite reception possible. Nice view of the fields of the Bourgogne, absolutely quiet at night. No shops or similar in the village; clean and neat overall impression.

Very close to the center, free parking space for four mobiles, largely flat. No electricity, no disposal for toilet cassettes, but a tap. Floor inlet cannot be driven over. Astra 1 satellite reception possible. In the village (2 minutes walk) bakery, butcher, petit casino, restaurants. On the outskirts of Super U. Adjacent playground, therefore through traffic. Access from the town center is short but steep.

Parking space on the outskirts of Castellane. The atmosphere is a bit difficult to describe, it meanders somewhere between cozy and dingy. The price is great, electricity costs extra, there are toilets too. All places are a bit crooked, Satempf. Astra 1 possible. Yes, a few hippies live here too. 300m to the supermarket with gas station, 800m to the village (there also a bakery etc). Not a real destination, but if you get around here why not ...

Update on the evaluation that has taken place: all trees adjacent to the Stade (soccer field) have been removed, which now enables satellite reception, but does not make the place more attractive. So the facility looks increasingly boring and uncomfortable. Still in good shape and not neglected. Everything else as usual.

Located quite close to the N7, quiet at night. V / E meanwhile without chips, works at the push of a button - but the faucet is now a Presto model that you have to hold down and that comes without a thread. Hose connection only possible with a water thief. Toilet facilities not particularly well maintained. Great for a night in transit.

Located above the N7 / A7 and from Roussillon, approx. 8 kilometers from the N7. The detour is worthwhile, you stand very nicely with a view of the Rhône Valley, absolutely flat on asphalt and very quiet. Electricity, water, waste disposal, V / E free of charge, donations requested. Very neat overall impression, Astra 1 satellite reception possible. Nothing else in town. Really great for one night on the trip to the south.

Here it is not entirely clear where and how to stand. Nothing is marked, but there is no sign forbidden to stay overnight, so you will be allowed to stand freely. We stood parallel to the watercourse, which gives off a constant rushing. V / E is free of charge, even a socket is freely available. In the village bakery and small shop - everything you need is there. A nice little walk leads directly through the "Jardins d'eau"

The parking space is also used for pétanque tournaments in summer and is then sometimes blocked for longer periods (days to weeks). Right next to it, however, there is a fairly large parking lot, which is basically free of charge. In the back part (next to the party hall) there are a few quiet, always free places where we have often stayed. A free V / E is available in the little street next door.

That used to be a parking space - but it can still be used. Lies behind a small village, everything essentials there. There used to be toilets and fresh water here, but unfortunately that is over. The electricity column, however, still works, and even satellite reception (Astra 1) is possible. Absolutely quiet, this is where Fuchs & Hase say good night to each other. Great for one night and in transit.

The electricity prices have increased quite drastically ... now 2 € for six hours of electricity. The water also costs € 2 per tap. Space rent and thermal spa discount have remained the same.

Revaluation: V / E now with bottom inlet. Cycle path through the vineyards to Koblenz to the Deutsches Eck (17 km). Way back on the other side of the Moselle is completely flat; Bridge near the parking lot (500m). Two beautiful hiking trails also nearby: Koberner Burgpfad and Tatzelwurmweg.

Very good bus connections to Schwäbisch Hall. In the evening, Michel comes from the community and makes sure that everything is OK - very sympathetic! Pitch on the Tauber in a small wine tart, free. Located on the bike path "Lovely Tauber Valley". Within walking distance bakery, butcher, gas station and beer publisher reachable. Sat Astra1 possible, but no electricity and no V / E. Alternative to the unattractive pitch in Bad Mergentheim. Not much space, but functional.

Pleasantly quiet, free parking space on stone, almost completely flat, absolutely quiet at night. Satellite reception Astra1 possible, 4x electricity (1 kW / h 50 cents) and V / E available. Well-groomed overall impression and yet little frequented. Walk to the village about five minutes, there is a small mom and pop shop with bakery and other. Attractions Puppenstädtchen - sympathetic. I agree with the prescribers: great spa, but you should not stay here. No decent pitches, no V / E, no electricity, but all, really all areas occupied with different car pool groups. Partying scenes, drunkenness, squealing tires and damper exhaust sound. 6km to the pitch Hirschbachtal and the world is back in order.

The photo is deceptive - the pitch is just a normal parking lot, in all directions crooked and sloping. Way in the place as far as cumbersome - we drove on to Altusried.

Well proven transit route for decades, although actually too bad for that. You have great views of Bourgogne from here. Reception from 17: 30h open, arrival and departure is possible the whole day, free choice of place. Five minutes walk to the village, there bistros, supermarkets etc. Overnight price very cheap, reception speaks almost all languages. We always stay two nights.

Cleverly placed parking space on the edge of Valréas: E.Leclerc supermarket with gas station 200m further, there opposite well-stocked bakery and laundromat. Walk to the town five minutes, there bars, restaurants, brasseries, etc. On the pitch electricity and V / E inclusive, very spacious. No satellite reception Astra1. Quiet at night.

It was a real campsite - now has a lost-place atmosphere, but everything is very clean, well maintained and new. With Pass'Étapes you enter and not only has a beautiful, very quiet location, but all the facilities and even a newly renovated sanitary building for 12 € / night. Were alone in the middle of summer here ... at an angle, but a very special experience. Come again!

Very quiet at night. Attention: never (!) Drive on the D270, even if the Navi recommends that - single-lane road on the mountainside, life-threatening. Instead, use the D370.

A lot of space between coniferous hedges, the building has garbage and glass containers. Five minutes to the Intermarché, ten to the town. This is not an official parking space - and many sat navs want to send you up an extremely steep street at the back entrance, which ends blindly (entrance forbidden). The official way goes through the town and narrow streets across the fray and is the final also very steep - I would let it go.

To visit Sisteron and disappear ok, I would not sleep here. In the parking lot, the hell is going on because of endless through traffic, everything is a bit gammelig and from the public toilets opposite I would rather not speak. The bad reputation of the place is also reflected in the other reviews here.

I join in: a dreamlike top spot. No official pitch and not signposted, driveway with a 3,3m bridge to cross under, no electricity and no V / E, but everything else weighs that by far. God, that's nice here. View of the lake, mountains all around and at night completely quiet. In summer vacation '19 our tip-in discovery.

I love this campsite. In the hot south near the coast, spottgünstig and with simple, but well maintained swimming pool attached (included). Five minutes by bike to the town, there is everything necessary. On the outskirts large supermarkets. Great staff, dedicated and sympathetic. Well-kept condition wherever you look, even if some things are a bit older. Look here almost every summer.

In the summer of 2019, probably newly opened, much is still half-finished here. The driveway is only piled up, the place is a sandy area with planks divided - why was not consistent paved? Even the access road does not bode well, completely broken, the trees are hanging low. The location of the place is somehow scary in nowhere on the D2. We drove on very fast.

Remoulins has been waiting for this: a central parking space right in the middle of the village, yet super comfortable. Three minutes walk to the village, ten to the Pont du Gard, half to the Gardon down (here's a back door!). Reasonably large, level parcels on concrete with electricity, V / E outside the place. Sat reception Astra1 possible, garbage disposal available. In 2019 I will become a true friend of Pass'Etapes!

The driveway from Pfaffenweiler is uncomplicated, but the navigation system also knows the way from the other side of the mountain (and that is curiously steep, so be vigilant). The Feldberghalle is no longer managed, so it's always quiet there. At the train station it costs at least 8 € / night, nothing here, and for V / E one is over in a minute. Bärental is within walking distance or five minutes by bike.

A pitch with Dauercamperflair and the one or other Schmuddelecke. The location is unbeatable, you are in five minutes by bike in the city. Satire is a matter of luck, V / E spacious. Good price for a night in Freiburg.

Supersympathisches small village in the nowhere, nevertheless everything there: small Proximarché and Banette bakery in 500m distance, Café attached. To feel good!

Pitches often shared by car, especially when running in the town hall next door party. Attention: never drive to the back of the meadow! The Fahrgasse is still quite stable, but left and right of the meadow is always soft because of high groundwater level, you drive * immediately * firmly. Center-close parking space in the parking lot, you take four designated parking spaces in fog (see signs). No electricity, no V / E, satellite channels Astra 1 good. Very nice location above the Lahn, no V / E, no electricity, quiet at night, good for an overnight stay near the A3 in the Taunus. Baker / butcher within walking distance, on the other side of the Lahn (small bridge) wonderful hiking and biking trail z. For example, to Runkel, there possibly visit the castle and a sundae on the Lahn.

One of my favorite transit places - located next to a fantastic water park (Aquatoll). Pitches in several rows under dense trees, at the same time car and temporary omnibus parking, at night quiet. No electricity, but V / E. Aldi / Rewe in 5 minutes by bike, the town center as well (small pedestrian area, just along the Sulm cycle).

At the entrance (tiny village) next to the multi-purpose hall, very nice on the river, lots of space. V / E good, is kept in good condition by the local seniors. Unfortunately, no further supply, supermarket is long too, so no baked goods, food etc. - only a bit for one night, if you have everything.

Pitch at Étang, driveway not easy to find (at the entrance), strubbeliger dirt road. Half surrounded by trees, so comfortable and dead silent at night, but except waste bins no infrastructure. Very nice for an overnight, bakery / mini market within walking distance. V / E at the southern entrance, there also two (unattractive) parking spaces. Something so important there :-)

Two parking spaces on parking lane right on a street, opposite the garage, which now and then also blocks the SP. V / E occasionally broken, sometimes she does too. Bakery within walking distance, for overnight still not nice. On the other edge of the village on Etang no V / E, but much nicer location.

Directly on the railway line in Falkau (still quiet anyway), ticket machine and V / E on site. View of Talwiesen and Schwarzenbach, bakery in place (500m up slightly). Very good for walks in / around Bärental and direction Feldberg.

Is very close to the center, barrier system with credit card payment, multilingual. V / E included in the rear part of the place, waste disposal good. Sights in town (Cathedral, Tour de Vesone). Attention: SP is always skillfully photographed, making it visually extremely attractive. But: on one side it lies in the shadow of a high-rise housing estate (social housing). For Périgueux but very suitable!

Pitches on a small, normal car parking lot in the middle of town, just in front of the Mairie and the church. Free, water and disposal also, no electricity. Bakery literally "around the corner", 20m walk. Adjacent public toilet French. Standards. No sights / attractions, but very well suited for an overnight stay.

At the edge of a large parking lot from the fun pool. At night mostly quiet, sometimes visit the local tuning scene. Free, chips for V / E available in the bathroom. No electricity. Sat reception possible. 2km to Edeka (via Alffstraße).

There is always something free here. Nice view of the Moselle. Full day pedestrian and cyclist through traffic. Large trash can, Rewe and center with bakery / catering within 5 minutes walking distance. V / E without floor inlet, no electricity at the pitch. Adjacent busy highway, so not suitable for everyone.

Two parking spaces in front of the small campsite and the stadium. V / E available for free, even electricity is free. Quiet at night. Local center with pharmacy, bakery, wine shop and supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance.

Place on the outskirts, adjacent to tennis courts and a Salle Polyvalente. Very quiet, walk to the bakery / ATM 10 minutes. Small supermarket 1.5km away. V / E Flot Bleu, dangerously unhygienic (design-related). A fall for one night.
