A lot of overdue maintenance. The large pool was open during our visit from September 14th to 16th. Conveniently located for visiting Sorrento (by bus). Excursion available at the campsite for a boat trip to the Amalfi Coast, highly recommended. You're picked up from the campsite and taken by bus to the port of Massa Lubrense. You're under cover all day; highly recommended. One of the receptionists is English.

We had to choose between a shady spot or more than 3A of electricity. The bathroom facilities are very old. Coin-operated showers are always a hassle. Excursions to Etna can be booked from the campsite; you'll be picked up there. We cycled to Taormina, first along the beach to the train station, then further uphill along a narrow mountain road by bus, which was easily doable.

Beautiful location with new and clean restrooms, though close to the main road. The owner is quite insistent about how and where the campervan can be parked. Communication is difficult if you don't speak Italian. Good cycling connections to Syracuse, partly on a secondary road; a cycle path runs from Neapolis to Syracuse.

We arrived quite late on September 27, 2025, but were warmly welcomed by the owner. We could also buy their own products. The lemon jam was delicious. Upon departure, we were given fresh cactus to eat, prepared by the owner himself – delicious! The owner often uses the translation app, which is great for communication.

Beautiful swimming pool with free sunbeds. Shower tokens are free with the ACSI CampingCard. Beach with promenade and restaurants accessible by bike or on foot. The Valle dei Templi is easily reached by bus; recommended in the evening, when the temples are beautifully illuminated.

We booked directly through Campercontact. And that was a good thing, because the campsite was full when we arrived (on October 1st). The manager was helpful, also providing tourist information. The train connection to Palermo is excellent and regular; it's a fifteen-minute walk to the station.

We also heard the church bells chime every half hour, even at night. It's a quiet place, though quite far from the A1 exit and on-ramp, even though it's very close as the crow flies.

I also had a bit of a fiddle with the Camping-CAR-Park pass. You have to hold it horizontally under the overhanging part; that doesn't make sense. In the dark, it was difficult to see where to park your campervan; the pitches aren't demarcated. Several restaurants are in the immediate vicinity of the campervan site, which is very convenient if you're traveling through.

Great spot on our way to Switzerland. There was plenty of room to stand; we chose a spot in the back, furthest from the museum entrance and the tram stop. We paid €4 for one night; apparently, that's the 24-hour rate, according to the museum website.

We spent four wonderful nights. On the first evening, campers cooked a dinner for those who liked it. The atmosphere is very friendly. The sanitary facilities are easy to use, with a four-minute shower for €1. Spacious pitches. It's possible to book a half-day extension without an overnight stay. The surrounding area is beautiful: Deventer and Zutphen, with their rich history as Hanseatic cities. There are plenty of opportunities for hiking and cycling.

Visited 2/5/25. Part of the parking lot in the fishing port; was very full, stood close together. Close to the center of the village. When we were there the annual commemoration of the patron saint of shipping, San Telmo, was going on, with a funfair, people all in blue with blue scarves, music and dancing. Pleasant hustle and bustle.

Large campsite with many facilities, located on the beach. Sanitary facilities are a bit older, but nice and clean. Nice swimming pools with sun loungers, separate for children and also babies. Many Dutch people who have been coming there for years. Not near a large town, so relatively quiet. Good restaurant on the campsite. There are 3 campsites next to each other, so you can also eat at another campsite restaurant. Possibility of snorkeling in the sea.

Don't expect luxury here, but everything is there: electricity, water, drains, shower, toilet, everything reasonably clean but old. There is even a swimming pool (not yet in use). Very friendly receptionist who took us to our place. It is also a camper storage. You can visit Seville by bus; however, it only runs a few times a day (see photo); price one way € 1.80 pp. Didn't try cycling but would go along a busy road, take over an hour.

Marshy places after rainfall. Swimming pool was not in use on 3-5-25. Places are not very spacious. Only campsite nearby to visit Segovia. City centre easily accessible on foot, by bike or by public transport. Sanitary facilities were neat.

There is now a brand new Sanipaal, with 100 liters of water for € 1. Toilet can be emptied again. Close to a lake with many fishermen. The restaurant has a nice terrace, friendly service and good food. Quiet at night.

Very friendly welcome by the owners. Tourist information available in abundance. There are 2 showers. Beautiful, spacious places with the wheels on stone and otherwise grass. Situated between Urk and Schokland, both easily accessible by bike. Annually in April the Tulip Festival with bike and car route.

For information: The harbour master is present daily between 9 and 10 am (Sundays between 11.30 and 12.30) and from 4 to 6 pm. He gives the code for the sanitary building (which is also the harbour master's office). There are 6 nice showers. The harbour master also has the wifi code. Tourist information about cycling routes is available in the sanitary building and from the harbour master.

The fields of the local football club in Stobrec are right next to the campsite. We were a bit bothered by the noise of the cheering supporters. The city of Split is easily reached by bus in half an hour.

When using ACSI CampingCard very large pitches, well over 100 m2. Very clean and nice sanitary facilities. Further: see previous reviews.

Besides the beautiful view I would like to mention the special place for emptying the toilet. I had to walk with the farmer's wife (with pram and all) to a place at the back of the yard. There turned out to be a gigantic slurry tank (8 meters in diameter, 8 meters deep), in which I could empty the toilet. She did warn me not to fall into the tank ;). In short, a spectacular emptying!

Been here for the third time. Nothing but praise for the friendly welcome by Kees and Emmeline. The CP is wonderfully quiet, just outside the town of Wouw, where many events are organised, nice to visit. We were there during Rockin’ Wouw, an annual 50s-60s festival with music, dancing, cars, motorbikes, mopeds and LPs from that era. Extensive information available about walks and bike rides in the area.

Camper pitches are close to the sea, with little shade. Many permanent pitches. Sanitary facilities are sandy (logical: so close to the beach). Nice large swimming pool with slides. Lots of entertainment for children. supermarket and bakery around the corner.
Sitecode: 24031
We also have great experiences with this campsite; we came here for the second time. In addition to recent reviews: there is also a nice large swimming pool that is open from May 1, with plenty of sun loungers, a separate part for relaxing, but also slides for the children. A large supermarket 50 meters away is also very convenient.

Super friendly welcome from the owner, with extensive explanation of all matters at the campsite. We enjoyed standing among the horses, the occasional neighing is something we are not used to as city people, but also at a campsite. Tinte is centrally located on Voorne Putten, so easy cycling trips to, for example, the dune area, and Brielle is very close. There is also a very nice museum in Tinte. Many tourist materials are available.

No alternatives around the city for a visit to Perugia, so for lack of anything better we opted for this CP. High price for what is offered. No WiFi. Noisy due to busy road right along the CP.

When the guards are not there (only during office hours, and on Mondays only in the morning) I found it very difficult to find where you have to pay for electricity. That is not at the payment kiosk, but at location 'C'. Add coins depending on whether you want electricity, and then choose the correct number of your electricity pole.
Sitecode: 8065
There is a building with a shower and toilet. The building can only be opened with a QR code that you receive after payment. Payment is made via QR code, but the website is only in Italian and also requires an Italian BSN, so that is not possible. Payment can also be made by transfer to IBAN number after sending an email. There is also a barbecue and a pizza oven.

Fine location on the headland with a beautiful view of the Oude Maas with many cargo ships or of the marina. However, to name a few minor points: - on windy days like last weekend there is a much stronger wind on the headland - from the headland it is quite a walk to the sanitary building - on the headland (especially at the back) the ground is covered with goose droppings - WiFi cannot be received on the headland

We were there at the end of April, and around our pitch there are many trees that bear fruits that look like elongated brambles, which fall off the tree this season, causing similar stains from stepping on them. Still only 3 places to wash up. There is only a WiFi hotspot on the campsite, so many pitches have no coverage. Beautiful swimming pool with sunbathing area and sun loungers.
Sitecode: 100475
the large terrain is now ready, neatly asphalted, and there are indeed sprinklers next to the lawns with very small trees. The water supply and drainage point is located in a corner of the large site. Only at the small site are signs with the indication CP. The large site has designated areas for cars; it was not clear to me whether the large site is permanently intended for campers, but it is used that way.
Sitecode: 78288
Pass d'etapes for sale at the entrance for (one-time) € 5. You get the pass right from the machine, and can then also use it at 400 other CP in France. With the card you can tap water outside the CP. Controlling the water was difficult because the power button is mounted incorrectly. CP is within walking distance of Pont du Gard, by bike in 5 minutes.
Sitecode: 58856
The chagrin of the owners makes the campsite less fun to stay in. The unguarded (nice sized) pool (with plenty of sun loungers) is inexplicably closed between 12.30pm and 2.30pm daily; you are really being sent away. Newly purchased flip flops may not enter the pool in a bag, but must remain outside. And so many rules are posted everywhere. The family sits at the gate all day watching everyone.
Sitecode: 29761
Nice campsite with good opportunities for cycling in the area. Located halfway between Beaune and Chalon-sur-Saône, to Beaune through the vines, and to Chalon along the distinctive canals and locks, both fine cycle paths. We endorse the other reviews. To find site from Chagny follow signs to site.
Sitecode: 58867
Large campsite mainly aimed at mobile homes. The waste bins were almost impossible to find. Campsite is located on the edge of mountains and forest, beautifully situated but also quiet environment. Camping pitches are sandy. Sanitary is clean but old. There are 2 large swimming pools + water slide + whirlpool + nice large children's pool + gym + shop + bicycle rental. St Rafaël is more than 20 minutes by bike.
Sitecode: 3989
Some places have shade. Traffic noise is indeed doable. How nice is that Ste. Maxime is a nice place where you can be by bike, via a cycle path. We went back and forth several times a day. You will then pass the supermarket. The trip to St. Tropez by bicycle is almost entirely via bicycle paths, the route is flat. If you want, you can take the boat back in fifteen minutes (pay € 3 extra per bike).
Sitecode: 102232
Medium-sized campsite with plenty of shade. Lanes are narrow to drive with a larger motorhome, watch out for tree branches. Plumbing is a bit outdated, no place to put your clothes in the shower. Pizza restaurant with wood-fired oven at the entrance of the restaurant was good, also many visitors from outside.
Sitecode: 58946
contrary to previous reviews our experience is good. We stood between 2 other campers Dutch couple and Scottish couple who have been coming here for 40 years, so that says something. Tree branches have been pruned, and easily accessible with a 7 m camper. Showers are hot and clean. There is a restaurant next to the campsite. Le Lavandou is nearby by bike, with a nice boulevard and many restaurants.
Sitecode: 41341
The cp is according to the app close to the highway, but it certainly takes half an hour to get here, and after departure another half an hour to get back on the highway, so you should not be in a hurry. We went here to discharge, and it is very far for that. In itself a nice and very quiet CP, by a small lake, with stone barbecues and clean toilets.
Sitecode: 68744
Nice greenery in the area, but no facilities. There is a bar in the sports center where you can have a drink and where free WiFi is available.
