Kopilica Split

Great location for visiting Split. A large parking lot with a barrier, CCTV, and sometimes a man in a booth at the barrier. There's a payment machine. It wasn't working when we left, which is partly why a man was present. Cash only, even at the machine. Gray water is possible above a drain. Trash can next to the machine. Campervan €20 per day. Uber €4.80.

Parking in an industrial area. It's true that visually it's not the best. But at least it deserves to exist, especially 30 minutes on foot from the old town. Split for parking a camper van is impossible and there is only one campsite, the nearest at €75 per night. This parking lot allowed us to visit in peace. Quiet night and secured by cameras.

We stayed here for one night, a bit uncomfortable, but fine for getting into town. It cost €20, and there were plenty of RVs staying overnight. Better than €80 for the campsite.
