Friendly welcome. Place is big enough, water and electricity included. Sanitary facilities are in containers and look reasonably clean but do not smell fresh.

A bit disappointing. The ‘kitchen’ is small, dirty and not maintained. They are working on new construction apparently. It would be nice if there would be a kitchen in there too. For example, the trash can is overflowing and has been for a while. However, a wonderful base for doing things.
