Camping Montchavin

The campsite is very suitable for the winter. The 16 amp makes it easy to heat your caravan or camper. Or no electricity then you have a nice place for 17.50 euros and close to the ski slopes

Great place for a winter stay. We were lucky to get a pitch in mid-January for 6 nights as it is often fully booked during winter. Lovely welcome and orientation from Anne. She is VERY helpful. Million $ views, super clean bathrooms, kitchen, common room and drying room. The campsite is located a 5 min walk below Montchavin, which is a super quaint village. The gondola to Les Coches is free for hikers & free for skiers the first time they use it.

Nice little campsite in the village. We have been here in the summer in '18 and now in the winter. The campsite is being redeveloped and there are now fewer pitches. In winter it is fully booked. nice welcome by Anne, good sanitary facilities, nice drying room, washing machine, plenty of showers. walking distance (some climbing) to the lifts. beautiful view!
