Camping de la Toupe

A friendly welcome. The campsite is beautifully situated along a river. The pitches are spacious. The sanitary facilities are dated but kept reasonably clean. At the campsite entrance, there's a food truck serving pizzas and burgers. There are lovely hiking and cycling opportunities. The nearby cave is worth a visit, as is the abbey.

All descriptions below are correct. However, the peak season rate has increased from September 1st to September 30th, so it's €20 without electricity. You can enjoy fantastic walks here if you're in good shape.

The campsite is okay. The grounds are a bit run-down. There's a bakery three times a week, and you can also buy bread at the snack bar across the bridge. The reception staff is friendly and only speaks French, but you can manage with hams and feet.
