Great for a city visit or an overnight stay while traveling. Take a ticket at the barrier. Early in the evening, a parking attendant came by to pay and issue an exit pass. You must display your receipt. We forgot to do this and were woken up the next morning by a different parking attendant. So, they do check. Water is available from a vending machine (€0.50 or €1.00). For €1, you get about 15-20 liters.

The parking lot is great, I don't understand how it can have bad reviews. It's centrally located, next to a beautiful park, there's no noise, and on top of that, it's €6 a night. We'll definitely come back; we really liked the town.

in Ludwigsburg there was Pferdemarkt. therefore the wohnmobilstellplatz was not available and accessible on June 1.
