Kastraki Camping

The campsite itself is fine, located by the sea, with a pebble beach. The washing and cooking area is excellent, there are refrigerators, the showers are good (20 cents), but the toilets are bad and we are used to that in Greece. There is no paper (no problem), there are no toilet seats ( is also possible), but many doors cannot be closed or left locked. Make sure you pay on time, due to late reception opening hours. places very small. 6m bus camper just fit.

At this campsite, if you are standing on the beach, it is like wild camping (remember to avoid the fencing). We like this campsite better than the neatly marked pitches a little further away, such as New Triton 1 and 2. Very quietly located and the campsite is currently very limitedly occupied and open, despite the CC saying 'closed'. Next to the campsite there is a beautifully situated restaurant by the sea.

Access road bad, campsite looked neat. Bar closed during the week. Open again on Friday before the weekend. Shop was open. Many water points close, one can be found at the bar!
