Useful stop to get rid of grey and black water but even if you have a token, which we did, don’t waste it the water is not working.

Extremely tight squeeze to get in just to empty toilet cassette. We needed water but we weren't too desperate as we were conscious of blocking the parking area. It was 1130am when we arrived. Parking spaces either side of the service area had cars parked in them. Google translate failed but it looks like tokens for the water/ehu can be purchased from the K garage nearby plus another 2 shop in the vicinity.

Great stopover in the larger car park overlooking the beautiful beach and harbour where the ferries leave to Inishbofin and Tory Islands. Free overnight parking is permitted, no tokens are required to empty and rinse toilet cassettes at the service point. There is also a water tap adjacent to service point beside an outdoor shower. Public toilets (locked at night), are beside the surf shop, where you can grab hot drinks and snack foods.
