Super place to visit La Spezia. Busy, but lovely shower and toilet. From CP there is a bus straight into the center. A delicious pizzeria within walking distance! Recommended. As for traffic around CP, use earplugs or get out of bed around 6:00/6:30 and make a nice cup of coffee and visit the Cinque Terre.
