Much improved & extended since our last stay. Some bays narrow, EHU inc, fresh water tap 50c, wc emptying & dump free. Quiet overnight, popular location. Clean, tidy, canal behind. Picnic benches & children’s play area, shrubs/hedges. Ideal stop!

New looking Sosta area next to good cycle paths/walks Rhone river just beyond. Marked bays, quiet overnight but trains start early morning. Small village, bar and good motorhome accessory shop/dealer few minutes drive away. Part of campingcarpark chain so need to register online if not a member. €15 inc EHU, good dump/fresh area. Full on our stay. Close to motorway so ideal for stopping en-route North/South.

The Sosta camper area is closed, now a building site with large crane but a brand new Sosta area is under construction along the sea, currently fenced off unfinished but looks amazing, unsure when it’s opening. In meantime, motorhome parking tolerated on approach road to sports fields here, full on our stay. Old dump/fresh area has gone, it’s a new basketball court, so no services until new Sosta area opens. Cycle path/walkway adjacent to centre.

Great free , spacious aire in a natural setting with neatly kept grass, picnic benches, clean tarmac and quiet overnight. Full on our stay. Dump/fresh area, wc emptying tap on for free unsure if fresh water is paid? Forest adjacent, did walk previously but got lost so didn’t venture in this time! Dirt path to bakery but was closed on our sunday stay.

Free motorhome sosta, rare on the coast, 5-10 mins walk down path to lovely beach, prom & town from there, uphill on way back. Quiet overnight, sloping marked parking, some very bad slope. Full on our arrival so we parked in car parking space adjacent but police told us to move into Sosta area next morning. Terribly tight dump area with toilet emptying into waste water drain so you have to move onto road to empty it, only 1 water tap, not great!

Functional excellent sosta area not scenic in port area, €15 24hr, barrier entry plastic card issued but friendly staff assist with payment & photo ID at machine. EHU extra. Modern showers, dishwashing, toilets, dump, fresh included all clean. Only used as night stop en-route elsewhere, 1 hour walk to town so didn’t go, bus available. Downside is road noise, coming from 2 roads as Sosta is wedged between them, went quieter during night until 6am.

Unfotunately no motorhomes allowed to park, drove up 19/09/25 car parking still there, large area but empty of vehicles, signs on every lamp post saying no motorhome parking giving Via Aurelia as an alternative which we didn’t go to as couldn’t find it for ages on maps, then it seemed far from the walking trails here that we wanted to do. Such a shame as there was a proper motorhome area here on our last stay in 2019.

A free motorhome sosta in the town and next to a skate park and sports centre. Several motorhomes on our stay, tarmac bays but they back onto the road which is actually really busy until late and then early, so it’s noisy and also lots of talking/skateboard noise too! Free dump/fresh area. Didn’t walk into town as passing through late but looked nice. Grateful for the free area though!

€10 for 24hrs, excellent value Sosta parking in fab Verona approx 10 mins walk to nearest part of old centre, cycle paths too. Barrier entry, won’t let you in if full which it was for us, had to wait 15 mins for motorhome to leave, a few left after but soon full again and lots kept arriving but no space. Dump/fresh inc, flat tarmac bays, a bit tight for turning round as long & narrow with parking both sides. Quiet overnight. Some shade.

Excellent Sosta parking €14 for 24 hrs, marked spacious bays, picnic area, small play area, barrier entry issues card to use for all amenities inc good showers €1, dump/fresh area €extra but can empty loo for free, washing machine, dishwashing, insert the card on leaving at machine to pay. Gorgeous village, easy 11.5km cycle path to Lake Garda. Toilet continental style. Some road noise, ok overnight. Beautiful surroundings & well maintained here

Tiered motorhome sosta parking, access to lakeside path opposite which leads direct to fab Salo, which is really lovely town. Marked bays, some lake views, EHU, Dump/Fresh area. Very clean loos & showers €1, dishwashing. Quiet overnight. Some bays a bit unlevel, others fine. Beach area over road & bar. Nice hedges to make more appealing. €26 for 24hrs is pricey for a Sosta and no hourly rate to reduce cost but accept a great location for Salo.

Convenient within minutes of lake/cycle paths/walkways to centre, very popular so soon full on our stay. Pricey for a Sosta but touristy location so no alternative, €25, arriving 8.30am leaving 9.30am. Shower/loo extra, didn’t use. Marked bays, barrier entry doesn’t state when area is full, you only know when it won’t issue the ticket to enter, so have to reverse onto busy road if no space. Quiet overnight. Part of cafe complex adjacent.

No motorhomes allowed here signs showing they’ll be towed away! Area Sosta Camper San Pancrazio is in town at separate location on Via Santa Caterina, where there’s max 24hrs payable overnight permitted!

This is now the Sosta motorhome parking for Arco - Area Sosta Camper San Pancrozia but despite numerous attempts the Camper Contact App just freezes when we’ve tried to add it separately as a motorhome stopover! Max 24 hrs, €1.50 per hour up to €10, pay between 8am-00.00. Marked bays, 5 mins walk to old Arco. Display ticket as police check after 8am! 15 mins free at dump/fresh. Popular location. Cycle path adjacent, lovely town, narrow spaces!

Very popular Sosta in mixed parking with lake beach a couple of mins walk away on cycle path/walkway under tunnel to right which go beside lake. Very scenic views & warm water! Restaurant adjacent, very busy until late, quiet overnight. Free dump/fresh, parking charge €1.50 an hour 9am-8pm, free between, our stay cost €5, pay at machine. All marked bays sloping, Sosta full by evening with more motorhomes parked in car area by morning. Wide bays.

Free Sosta parking 5 mins walk from one of the main historic gates into the fab city. Very busy on our stay, full by evening with more motorhomes parked in car section. Free dump/fresh, Italy style loo emptying into waste water drain, 3 water taps, none marked for WC so we disinfected one before using to fill fresh tank! Very quiet overnight, train noise in day but it stops for sleeping! Some tree shade, flat marked bays. Great overall!

Popular sosta, barrier entry issues plastic card to pay at machine on departure, slightly complicated as couldn’t get the card payment option until several attempts! €10 includes ehu, dump/fresh. Quiet overnight until 5am both nights when lots of people arrived in cars in adjacent car section, talking very loudly, otherwise fine! 10 mins walk max to fab centre & old bridge, so great place for visiting this lovely town.

We drove in late afternoon to take a look but didn’t stay, simply as we decided on a different town. €22 for 24hrs, pay card at machine. Lakeside position marked bays, EHU, dump/fresh, only 2 motorhomes there on our visit. Seems parking all around the lake is payable but it’s on the pricey side compared to others here, although very good Sosta in nice position!

Free Sosta parking at the base of the Proscuitto town, where there’s plenty of choice for eating or buying the famous ham! Free dump/fresh area, popular location, quiet at night. Used by cars too. Walk up to old centre with cafes etc, castle.

Parked here for a quick look around the historic centre, Free, not suitable for larger motorhomes, our 6m camper fitted in a space. There was a dump area here but that’s now obsolete, cars parked over it. Fine for those that fit for a quick visit, within a few mins walk of old centre.

Large grassy flat parking area in the historic town, quiet overnight, several campers on our stay, free. Good signed circular walk around adjacent fort complex beside wildlife filled small river with tortoise in! Free dump/fresh at Sosta up the road which also has free parking!

Ideal free stopover next to motorhome storage area and run by a motorhome club. Water €2, dump area & wc emptying (water free). Quiet overnight, cycle paths around, nice area of waterways, countryside. Full by late evening.

Currently free as barrier still open, tarmac marked bays with EHU, fresh water at dump & toilet emptying (we used our bucket to rinse as the water on the loo emptying isn’t working), quiet overnight, bakery & bar/restaurant opposite. Popular, was full in evening, tidy and ideal for stop en-route Croatia/Italy.

Fantastic overnight parking option which is so rare to find in Croatia now, €15 cash, chap comes to collect fee at 8pm. Rough to access at end of dead end dirt track but lovely place under pines with beach and hardly anyone coming/going. No facilities at all, no shop for 2km so just relaxation. Location mark is wrong on here, see pics, its opposite and on the beach further down not on main road. Quiet overnight. Several campervans on our stay.

Lakeside with plenty of trees for shade, looks like a municipal campsite as very basic & old facilities & shared with boat club? €25 2 adults no option to lower price for non EHU use, but includes use of good washing machine which was really good for our stay! Showers in need of repair, site is practical for walking 15 mins into nice town centre, but not a top class campsite! Dump/fresh and plenty of space to move around. Choose place to park up.

Very friendly family owners, €26 without EHU, give good info on how to see the monasteries and which to visit! Good size pool, basic, dated facilities but fine and clean enough, pitch had view of rock formations & shaded. Hot showers, easy short drive to the sights, they offer pizza take out order. One of the busier sites we’ve stayed on in Greece by late evening but quiet & still spaces. Didn’t see a washing machine but clothes sinks.

Friendly reception & plenty of free space on our stay, chose own pitch, €20.50 (EHU extra) showed ACSI card! Huge pool very warm & 3m deep with bar area & loungers, shallow section! Hot showers, all facilities basic but functional. Shaded pitches with netting/trees. Beach access but rocky and too rough for swim on our stay, ladder into sea. Quiet overnight. Just off road so good en-route stop for a night. Dump/fresh area.

Superb motorhome stopover with new, modern, very clean facilities and friendly owners. €12 a night. Spacious, marked tarmac parking with gravel between, some with water tap, EHU (extra). Great shower €1 for 10 mins, separate modern loo. Hot water in sinks inc dishwashing. Good dump/fresh area. Wifi good. Shaded seating area, washing lines. Quiet overnight. 4km drive to fab ancient Epidauros. Best stopover on our Greece trip so far!

No camping or similar sign on a tree on the road by the river and also on a rope across an area, unsure on situation here as it was empty as if no parking allowed but other parkings sections opposite on the road were busy, parked there for a quick swim and moved on, not much space, quite tight due to vehicles and unsure on general rule within the area!

Excellent motorhome stop right on the sweeping bay with plenty of restaurants/shops within few mins walk. Very friendly owner, George comes to see you, €15 cash or card, inc very clean toilets, hot shower, dump/fresh. EHU €5, washing machine & dryer extra. Ideal first/last stop for ferry. Cross road to beach & watersports hire, beach tavernas too. Road is fairly quiet even at end July, some noise from early morning motorhomes for ferry but fine!

Lovely dead end beach side position especially reserved for motorhomes at end of the other parking areas. Beach bars & nice atmosphere. Manual barrier entry, pay €7 at machine for day ticket 8am- 23.59, one price regardless of arrival time, then free overnight. Quiet except for people enjoying Summer, tractor comes at dawn to mow the sand but no bother. Very quiet on our late July visit, just 2 motorhomes. No services. Free off season.

Only did a day visit, €10 for 6hrs pay attendant at entrance, (shortest they offer), parking attendant showed us to a place within mixed parking in a car space, very little shade & lots of white dust from vehicles driving through, overnight motorhomes seemed to be all together at bottom, dump/fresh their too. Few mins walk to Trulli buildings in the centre, very touristy but great to see, plenty of eateries & souvenir shops.

Gorgeous historic centre few mins walk from the spacious Sosta which is easy to find following signs in town leading to the entrance on one way system. €15 24 hrs, pay attendant in wood office, €1 token 4 mins hot shower. Dump/fresh area, traditional loos, washbasins, dishwashing, hairdryer, all basic but very clean & tidy. Little shade until later in day, shady along perimeter under trees then. Quiet, EHU available extra (didn’t use).

The parking area is large but different now to photo’s & description, it’s all day paying with blue lines marking bays for mostly cars with just 3 very small motorhome parking bays near entrance which are poor, slight slope & 1 without shade. Between 8am & 20.00 €7.50, think it’s free overnight outside these times, pay at meter, we paid for 1 hour €1 just to get lunch as we’d driven here specifically for place to park, shame it’s not better.

Free mixed parking areas over several tiers, lower parking areas dead end & more shade on our stay. Free dump/fresh towards lower parkings, traditional loos, bins. Uphill walk, some on part rough path to €5 return cable car ride to San Marino old centre, all fab, well worth visit. Several motorhomes overnight on our stay, quiet for sleeping, fairly busy during the day but plenty of spaces still, dusty on higher levels as cars rush through!

Free Sosta with some shade, marked parking bays with picnic benches behind & free dump/ fresh area. Quiet overnight, was full by evening, ideal for Ferrari museum & Pavarotti house. We stopped after a day visit in Modena to save overnighting in the city, this being quieter & safer feel. Good Laundry few mins drive into town!

Large private Sosta at camping shop/storage business. €25 inc dump/fresh EHU, portaloo (we used own camper facilities). Barrier entry, phone no. at entrance, they open barrier. Little shade, noisy with vehicles moving through Sosta from 6.30am, quiet overnight. Bus 30 to Central Station outside opposite side of road, return at black hotel, pay by card at machine on bus. Bologna a fab city, easy to reach from Sosta, very helpful lady & secure.

Good Sosta with lots of space, slight shade in places, powerful basic showers, toilets, hot water sinks, outdoor dishwashing & EHU (didn’t use). €20 24 hrs, bus 23 to centre takes 10 mins, bus stop left out of barrier, right at end of road. Helpful chap on site, good wi-fi, dump, fresh area. Noisy from road overnight & noisy parking area outside, used as lorry stop, otherwise ideal for Parma in relatively secure feel.

No longer an Aire parking or services, now a building site with Apartments. New looking Flot Bleu €’s outside municipal campsite up the road. Other Aire that was opposite in mixed parking now unclear, signage gone and no payment slips like there used to be, but we stayed the night with several other French motorhomers.

Summer parking permitted at the funicular mixed parking area. Barriers are open & free. No services. Adjacent to cycle paths, few mins walk to town. Popular place. Noise from road & load music but quieter overnight! Partly cordoned off with cones and 2 battered cars used by fire service practice on our stay, so looks a bit odd but all fine!

Good free dump & fresh water area with new looking toilets too. All working fine!

Just stopped here for lunch before driving the pass, very busy & lots of dust. Mixed parking area for start of walks with good views next to the start/end of the pass.

Paid Sosta in historic Susa with plenty of small shops, eateries & quaint old centre with Roman ruins in walking distance. A little noisy from adjacent trains, €7 pay by App or coins at machine. Dump/fresh area free. Good 1st stop in Italy after Col du Cenis. Busy on our stay & others parking in adjacent free car park!

The 1st photo here isn’t the Aire now, it’s small, narrow places and totally inadequate for such a superb tourist destination with no other alternative parkings for motorhomes as height barriers. Few mins to historic centre & lake, dump & fresh free. Stayed couple of hours, but green amateur looking parking ticket on camper on return with no details or signage to indicate why, no €’s of fine, possible scam but unsure so beware!

Lovely free Aire with mowed grass, some trees and quiet setting, approx 20 mins from ferry/tunnel. No services at location but dump/fresh area in town. Next to huge outdoor watersports centre with walking paths and possibility of walking into town centre too. Used many times over years and still ideal location en-route to/from channel crossings.

Popular parking for motorhomes at the end of the car park with marked places (on wall). Waste drain in middle of area with cones around, fresh water tap & WC emptying on left through the entrance towards covered area. Post box hole for €10 fee (put reg no.with it) on wall marked “post”! City centre round corner, quiet at night. Little difficult to find, we had 2 drive by’s as one App directions didn’t find it! good parking though!

Mixed parking area with barrier entry operational on our Sunday visit, €4.50 all day unsure about overnight rules? 20 minutes free so we drove out to the other parking in town which is free each day and very quiet (next to children’s play area). 4 motorhomes parked in the bus/coach bays on our visit other parking spaces small and very full. Castle entrance up the road.

Fabulous clifftop views looking out to see and across to the sandy strand. Honesty box for money. We didn’t stay the night, came to see the beach but there’s a height barrier in the beach parking and a sign for motorhome parking directing up the hill to here. 3 motorhomes on our visit. Narrow road, no services. Was pouring down so didn’t walk down to beach but would have done otherwise!

We drove in to use the dump area but a work van was parked over the drain with no one in sight! really chaotic at the garage where you pay €5 for access code to the door for WC emptying, couldn’t see fresh tap so maybe that’s in there too? We drove on as too busy there but would have used it if it had been quieter and if the drain had been accessible!

Pebble parking so it’s right on the beach with the water in front and beautiful view. Cafe and well renowned pub round the corner. Popular with locals coming for a swim and to the portable sauna cabin on the pebbles. Quiet overnight, 4 motorhomes on our stay.

Fab harbour parking for motorhomes within mixed parking in marked bays with beautiful outlook. Toilets (code on ticket), WC emptying next to ladies toilet door, dump drain in tarmac with yellow paint around it by motorhome area, EHU, fresh water tap on bollard. €22 pay at machine on exit. Quiet overnight, few mins walk to town centre with bars, shops. Rubbish €4 extra at toilet building. Beautiful view from cab window. 4 motorhomes on our stay.

Stopped for lunch so not overnight but a lovely little fisherman harbour with a sign on the lamppost for motorhomers giving a few little helpful reminders! Busy with locals & fisherman collecting lobster pots. Toilets & showers which were €2 tried the ladies shower but there was a problem with water not coming out enough to get wet, so abandoned it and lost the €2!! Lovely view & picnic benches, 4 other motorhomes on our visit.

Dedicated motorhome parking within a mixed parking area in town centre, spaces for motorhomes taken by cars on our arrival but they soon left and freed up space. Quiet overnight, very busy with cars by 10am next morning, tight to get out of parking place as parking bays aren’t that large for a motorhome to manoeuvre. Toilet emptying & water tap but unsure on grey drain? 4 other vans on our stay.

Sea views, tarmac marked bays and few minutes walk to the town centre with lots of bars/restaurants and the Greenway cycle trail. Quiet at night. €10 for 24hrs, 48 hrs max, pay at machine. Free dump & fresh area provided. 5 other motorhomes on our stay. No bins!

Bus 58 down the hill €1.50 to old centre (stay on bus till end stop) takes 30 mins approx, same to return. Popular stopover, full after our arrival. Feels spacious, barrier entry pay at reception office, new one under construction. 48 hour max stay. Handy for port 15 mins drive.

Low cost overnight motorhome parking area with “no camping behaviour” permitted although many ignored the signs & had washing lines, tables & chairs out during our stay, so unsure how strict it is (we didn’t chance it to find out!). 10 mins walk to cobbled old town area & beach. €10.50 a night, friendly chap lets you in through barrier & pay at hut on exit. Wifi, Hot shower, loo. Good dump/fresh all inc. Dirt/grass, could be dusty in dry weather!

Free basic motorhome parking with access to shopping area street a few mins walk (small underpass opposite). Marked bays (not suitable for some larger motorhomes). Dump/fresh on gravel area next to road. Beach/prom straight down through town, takes maybe 15-20 mins, can walk to end of prom passes historic villas & back along road past Lidl & into town again then same underpass back. Plenty of shops, nice low key area. Level & tarmac bays.

Bus stop outside, no.24/25 €2 each takes 30 mins to old centre (just stay on bus until end stop). 2 clean cubicles with loo & shower in but no hot water left in evening but fine following morning! Popular stop. Good walks/nature area as well as fab Valencia.

Gorgeous free natural type parking area with picnic benches, pretty trees & fab views. Dump/fresh with space around it at entry area. Concrete/cables under construction near entry so unsure if it’s for a barrier/paid parking? Village is wonderful with lots of local produce & craft shops, honey, meats, cheese, liquors & blankets! A bit of a walk to walled gate entry but worth it (about 25 mins). Picturesque setting & level, plenty of room to park.

Good free Aire type overnight parking with free dump/fresh which is very popular with passing motorhomes! Cycle/walking path behind leads to lovely old centre & long promenade, about 10 mins walk to sea front. Quiet at night, old military base behind then sea. Not full on our stay this week with Winter ending but was very busy here several weeks before. No work going on as per last review. Few undercover parking rest in open.

Confusing arrival system, no reception or information signs to say what to do, cost or local map! Clean, flat & good amenities inc hot water dishwashing, showers, dump/fresh etc. €14 (EHU extra). We just parked up but no one came to us,we had to look for someone to pay on leaving, but no luck! Then a man appeared from house opposite who we paid! 30 mins walk along river to city - right, 2nd right, left to yellow rail & cross ditch to river path.

Camping-CarPark barrier operated area (if you haven’t joined you can do so at the machine on the right). Not a scenic location but convenient for walking into Lorca old centre (about 10-15 mins to nearest part). EHU but not to all places, dump/fresh. Market opposite on Thursday. Popular, turned up late afternoon and got last place but several came afterwards and spaces left. €1 for 24 hours!

Height barrier still open and lots of motorhomes parked sensibly during our night stop! Quiet overnight, no strange goings on with oranges but it was pouring down with rain so no one out walking! Boardwalk by beach to marina complex with shops, eateries, no services (taps & toilets on beach but neither operational for Winter closure). Nice sea outlook on tiered, paved mixed parking.

Excellent dedicated motorhome stopover at the marina with use of the amenity building (across road) €13 nightly fee. Complicated entry/exit, when you drive through barriers, the empty numbered places aren’t necessarily free! To find out which to park in, you go to green bollard on pavement, check availability, select available place, enter vehicle reg & park! On exit go back to bollard and check out to free your place from use! Dump/Fresh inc.

Parked here last Winter for a night and wanted to return to see Mijas today but parking area empty except for one coach sized motorhome (unsure why just one) Tape across where motorhomes used to park, otherwise this huge dirt parking area no longer available for motorhome tourists it seems.

Very full with motorhomes when we arrived yesterday evening, some with trailers and many taking 2 marked car parking bays, unclear on the situation for parking, but 2 motorhomers came to us and told us we must park between the lines for width not length (ok for us as in a Sprinter van) as police fine you otherwise. At 8am we woke to find fines on the windscreens of several motorhomes, not ours and not all, unsure of the reason, so not good!

We only used the services at the fuel station didn’t use their camperstop area which is fenced off behind the garage. €3.50 for wc emptying/fresh water - get key to unlock at the garage. Showers - we used - 5 mins for €3.50 - get key to unlock the door & token for the token machine inside at the garage. Overall good place to stop for refill etc!

Only stopped here during the day to visit the village. Dirt parking, lots of builders rubble/tipping around perimeter. Uneven ground, would be ok to stop overnight if visiting during the evening. Toilets opposite under other parking area. Lots of things closed in the centre during our visit but nice to see. Few other motorhomes here in the day.

Passed through early this morning and had a look at the very full parking (didn’t stay), lots of motorhomes & caravans. Obviously must have stayed overnight without being sent away but a little further along we came across the police at other beach front parking areas where they were knocking on motorhome/van doors so perhaps issue is still ongoing hence making aware just incase police return to here!!

Lovely low key campsite with plenty of spacious areas, good sized pitches with lovely outlook of surrounding mountains and fruit orchards. Super friendly chap on reception, free good wi-fi on pitch, very clean amenities & powerful showers although they weren’t hot on our stay in the evening but lovely & hot by the morning! 10 mins walk to waterfalls of Algar €4 entry. €22 a night 2 adult no elec, €26 with. Bar/Food & BBQ area, walking trail area.

We parked on the rough bumpy ground, lots of other motorhomes during our stay and also large number parked on the tarmac parking adjacent. Free to park, sunny open aspect, few mins walk to centre, prom etc, lots of shops, eateries within easy walking. No services. Quiet at night and Moraira lovely low key resort.

Convenient gated parking to explore Calpe, prom a few mins walk then linking to other prom and Calpe centre, so can walk forever! Buses & cycle paths but we walked everywhere. Friendly chap opens gate (office in adj building) gives a key & you put in post box on exit. €6 a night, no services, quiet at night, not the best outlook but ideal for parking securely. Plenty of shops, eateries around. We were with 9 other motorhomes on our stay.

€15 for the night on an open aspect, flat parking beside the lovely marina with views of castle & sea. Take ticket at entry barrier, pay chap in portable office on exit. Few mins walk to everything, plenty of cafes, shops open in Winter, new laundry down the road. Port with ferries to Balearics adj. Nice sunny area and no puddles like many others in town! Lots of other motorhomes on our stay, overall great place to stop but no facilites.

New Aire next to a new campsite (both relocated) spacious entrance with dump/fresh outside barrier entrance (need CampingcarPark card, get at terminal if needed) 102 marked bays, open aspect, flat & clean surface, EHU inc. Few mins walk to totally revamped beach/prom area, all very nice. Quiet overnight. 7 mins to tunnel. Superb addition to Calais for overnight stop or longer as so good, busy but plenty of spaces on our stay.

Perfectly placed for walking into beautiful Honfleur (few mins) so grateful it’s still here, first came 20 yrs ago, Aire much improved since then & still possibly 100+ spaces! Marked bays mostly, tarmac, level, EHU 5amp in some areas, barrier entry, take ticket pay at machine for exit & scan bar coded receipt at barrier. 2 dump areas/fresh water. Some views of harbour, quiet at night. Open aspect, popular location even off season. €14 for 24hrs.

Large Aire on former campsite, so layout as such, some pitches with EHU access but not all. Mostly shady, lots of large trees, a couple of areas without so sunny if available. Busy on our stay this week but not full. Barrier entry, take ticket & pay at machine on exit, €13 x 1 night, EHU, dump/fresh inc. Old reception & amenity blocks no longer in use. 30 mins walk to fab old historic centre/port either along main road or on prom - we did both.

Free Aire beside a stream with picnic benches, numerous walking trails, lovely Chateau and town with shops, eateries. Good for overnight stop close to motorway, just us & a lorry camper on our stay. Mixed parking, tarmac marked car bays so may take up more than one bay. Dump with big water hose which think was for rinsing drain, no wc emptying, unsure on fresh water tap. Public Toilet.

lovely free canal side Aire, marked bays immediate on left as you drive in, signs show where camping car parking is. Picnic bench, free dump/fresh, toilet. Canal walks, nice little cafe next to parking which was open our stay 23/10. Quiet at night, just an owl for noise!! 5 campers on our stay, canal looks lovely with Autumn leaves.

Lovely Aire in a very good town with exceptional site of historic Abbey Cloister €7 entry. Spacious marked parking, €9 a night, between canal & river with walking/cycling to town and surroundings. Dump/fresh & fresh water with sink, EHU included. Aldi/Lidl 1.4km away, laundry opposite Aldi with parking. Shops, restaurants in town. Quiet at night.

Good free Aire by Canal de Garonne with marked cycle/walking adjacent and town a few mins walk. Nice canal area, quiet at night. We parked in adjacent parking area with several other motorhomes as many on the Aire used extra spaces for trailers/motorbikes so little room left! Dump, fresh has fee for water.

Lovely location on the waterside in a cute little hamlet and beside numerous walking & cycling trails. Benches to sit and relax by the water, quiet at night, clean toilets opposite. Restaurants closed on our Saturday visit (presumably for Winter?) We walked along quiet road to Bakery in Labastide for cakes & along canal marked footpaths, lovely area. No services.

Functional, practical but nothing special. Usual Camping-carPark system for entry. Narrow marked parking bays, footpath adjacent leading to canal paths & town centre. Quiet at night.

Good, spacious, fee-paying Aire (15.70 inc tourist taxes on our stay this week), marked bays, No EHU, waste/dump/fresh inc in receipt - input code to operate. 20 mins walk along stream-lined path to lovely old walled Carcassone Cité, or cross stone bridge at the sign for Bastide area (town), both quiet on our day visit. Popular Aire but still free spaces on our stay, next to Municipal camping currently closed for Winter. Quiet at night.

Flat Aire at the beach with coast walking path to the small resort centre to the left & lagoons to the right. Very quiet overnight, good laundry in town with parking outside (empty on our visit this week). Busy Aire for transit, convenient but not the best off-season when most of resort deserted, couple of restaurants open & a shop. Cycle paths good. Dump/fresh - watch out for “rinse” button on wc empty which sprays up if lid open - not nice!

Lovely historic town, beaches & port 10 mins easy bike or walk 15-20 mins. Cycle paths - turn right out of entrance, then right, straight on to join marked cycle/walk path (goes behind Lidl). Quiet at night popular Aire, flat marked parking, gravel, park & dry lake behind with walking paths. Plenty of eateries, shops in town, good market on Thursday’s, indoor fish/food market really good.

2 stars due to poor online booking system. Booked & paid online same day, no confirmation given after payment went through but €’s taken from bank, nothing to say area was full during booking process - gave dates, selected & went to payment screen then paid. Drove to site, said full on board, spoke to reception who phoned operators & no booking after all, no refund or notice it hadn’t been booked but no “ticket”, amount then showed in “wallet”.

Busy, full Aire during our stay, bad smell of diesel/gas in air from huge refinery across water behind. Tight pitches, dump/fresh poor design. Noisy road/rail. Good points - cycle path network, beaches a few mins walk/cycle away & nice little port. Ok for 1 night stop, at least it’s here as no real options in vicinity!

Dusty, large very popular mixed Aire but convenient, walk through stone arch to lovely walled Aigues Mortes town. Free this weekend on our stay for festival 5-13 October, usually 22 euro - barrier is up & payment machine covered over. Dump/fresh/WC empty free. Mostly motorhomes, some cars, a little noisy due to neighbouring motorhome returning at 3am otherwise fine!

Perfect central position for walking directly into this authentic Camargue town, promenade & beaches. Popular, very busy on our stay, €15 for the night, collected in the morning, knock on the van (you can pay by card) at about 8.45am. 48hr max stay, dump/fresh water (no fresh water taps on between 11.30am-4.30pm) but WC emptying tap still works. Marked bays in yellow.

Barrier entry, take ticket pay at machine on exit, €8.90 inc tourist tax. Tidy Aire, marked bays, good dump/fresh. Beside waterside path to historic old town with viewpoint at church. Path passes waterspout, dinosaurs too & lovely water views. Good market on Tuesday.

Stayed here a few times before, usually turn up & get pitch or book at reception if full & return when free, this time told full site & had to book online for next available free date - did as told, but booking repeatedly cancelled couple of hours later & only finding out by checking e-mail, refunds given. Finally booked successfully, ACSI €23 + €20 online booking fee + Tourist tax, €2 fresh water fill. Location/area super. Good amenity block.

Booked & paid online for 1 night but got e-mail later to say it was cancelled, refund given, luckily we were already in the area & had checked e-mails, so no wasted journey, also €20 booking fee is added which hadn’t realised although we’d used ACSI price. Site looks nice still (stayed several years ago) lovely coastal walks, ferry to islands few mins walk, modern amenity building, small coves & few little shops.

Functional, convenient, traditional old style original site which makes visiting this lovely old town so easy being 15 mins walk away from the old port & centre. Super friendly reception, easy going, choose your spacious pitch, toilet block not the best for cleanliness/old too but does the job & showers warm or cold choice. €24 on our visit without ehu. Calanques 30 mins walk max. Only site/camper option in town. Fine for price & location.

Free motorhome parking beside road entrance to coach/car park Gorguettes, quiet road overnight at dead-end, functional, convenient, 1 hour on foot to start of Calanques walk, less to Cassis harbour, pavements but hilly, shuttle bus available at coach park. Great option for visiting beautiful Cassis, purely practical place for parking, some sloping, good toilets in coach park. No height barrier at all so unsure of previous review!

Lovely peaceful free area with wonderful views of the vines and countryside within the village which has several wine cellars, a very clean public toilet and walking trails (we did 13km circular to Arbois). Quiet at night, picnic tables & bbq, no services.

Large free parking area for motorhomes and cars, we stopped in the dead end section round the corner which has some spaces with the river behind. Dump/fresh at Aquapark a few km drive away. Dusty if vehicles drive by fast but quiet at night, direct access to numerous marked cycle paths, walks and lovely Dole over footbridge opposite. About 80 motorhomes on our visit, popular place!

A lovely flat, grassy Aire beside the Saone with boats passing by and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. In the town where there’s a few little shops which were closed on our stay. Popular with locals in motorhomes joining friends. Free, Flot Bleu water/wc €3 token from one of 3 Flot Bleu’s!

Small free Aire beside a pretty pond with picnic benches and pleasant town with glamorous chateau. Water/dump free too. Parking not easy as there are 2 large motorhomes parked/stored making parking for visitors difficult although we managed to park in front of one. Noisy until midnight on our stay with young men/woman drinking, talking loud for hours & shouting after their dog! Otherwise great!

A free quiet grassy area Aire with free dump/fresh water and plenty of space within few mins walk to the tidy town. 4 motorhomes on our stay, A few shops & eateries in town, overall pleasant place to stop the night!

Currently free to use possibly because fresh water tap with a thread is missing but there is a fresh tap to use if you have a funnel/container to fill which we do. Water for loo separate, people have emptied cassette in grid on floor instead of using the drain hole on the bollard - arrow points WC, so hold your nose and watch where you stand! Otherwise great! A Camping-Car Park bollard.

Pretty beside the canal but only 2 places which were occupied on our visit so couldn’t stay overnight. Information board, wooden sun loungers on mowed grass area and pleasant setting next to the water. Dump/fresh right next to parking places.

A quiet area in town of half-timbered buildings, pretty church, boulangerie and proxi store. Clean toilet behind Marie, small park adj. Dump/fresh free as electric not working, fresh tap needs male-female connection, loo has separate tap working. Pleasant, low key, 3 motorhomes on our stay, quiet overnight.

Perfect as first/last stop for Calais crossings 20 mins drive, we’ve used this Aire for many years and find it’s ideal - quiet, free, grassy, usually plenty of space and good walking/cycle paths which can lead direct to the Citadel town of Gravelines - shops etc there too. Water sports centre adjacent, canals around so feels rural, dump/fresh at separate location in town.

Beautifully kept low key campsite at really great value for grass non EHU pitch costing us £35 for 3 nights (members & 40% discount offer July 20th). Stunning setting, 10 mins walk to historic, picturesque Youlgreave village with pubs, good cafe & small shop. Numerous walks direct from site, all beautiful, we walked to Bakewell 5 miles & got bus back (172 or 172 £2). Lovely river side walks too, just idyllic. Need own loo/shower, small site shop.

Gorgeous camping & caravanning club site with fantastic walks direct from site, 10 mins walk on path beside stream to old village of Hayfield with small shops, pubs & cafes. Immaculate toilet/showers, plenty of local info on walks/cycling on display. We had 4 nights Grass non EHU pitch £65 July Campervan 2 adult (40% discount offer). Friendly staff, barrier entrance, choice of hardstanding/grass EHU pitches, motorhome service area. Pretty perfect

Spacious site within walking distance to the centre 2km away, good option for a stopover en-route to elsewhere, facilities clean, shower cold (unsure if they’re hot at any time), plenty of outdoor washing up sinks, cold water, WC emptying/dump & fresh fill. Carrefour supermarket at other end of town within a complex (parking on road outside).

Pretty location in a cherry tree orchard, friendly owner, good stop en-route and close to the monkeys where you can see them in the wild (we saw them on main road south). Hot powerful shower heated by a fire so you wait for water to run from cold for few mins & fire has to have been lit before. Unfortunately people using like gas boiler supply unnecessarily long showering & using all the hot water for themselves! Quiet, good dump/fresh area.

Friendly staff, ideal stopover with plenty of space on large open parking sections, hot, powerful showers & swimming pool. Building new toilet/shower building on our visit, original is dated but fine. Palmerie & Kasbah to visit if wanting longer stay. Dump/fresh area and quiet at night.

Owner fantastic, brings mint tea, fab cake, floor mat, table & chairs to your pitch & pancakes in morning. Super clean toilets/hot showers/dishwashing, good WC & waste emptying/fresh, superb campsite surrounded by red slopes of the gorge, trees & birdsong. Brilliant 3 hour walk direct from site along oasis greenery to fab rock formations & Monkey Fingers (got green bus back - flag down on road). A few km further on is renowned hairpin drive, fab

Really friendly hosts, so helpful. Spacious parking area close to amenity building which is very clean. Hot showers, good washing machine for 25 MAD & washing lines. V.good out of town supermarket a few mins drive away as well as a Marco Telecom store & Post. Swimming pools not open due to out of season but big area, would be good when open. Quiet at night and relaxed atmosphere.

Great site for walking into the old centre of the famous blue town - about 15 mins depending which route you choose. Quiet at night, choice of pitches either on terraces under shade or on the flat. Friendly staff. Site is what it is, grateful to have a safe place to stay to see the town, very reasonable price 190 MAD 2 nights (without ehu). Didn’t use shower but get key from reception. A quirky type of place & popular.

Super large mixed parking in the centre of this wonderful resort, with beaches, prom walk & gorgeous old streets, excellent choice of restaurants, bars & shops just a couple of mins walk away. No facilities but ideal overnight to enjoy Nerja, very quiet at night, €15 (pay at machine - take ticket at entry barrier) Office manned for longer stays if wanted. Lots of motorhomes on our stay - mainly towards the upper level at the back. So glad we went

Excellent Stopover on all counts - super friendly and accommodating owner, spotless facilities, within the centre of a lovely low-key resort and just a couple of minutes to the long stretch of bay. Walking to a Marina possible - uphill but good views and nice to do. Showers €1 for 5 mins lovely & hot, amongst avocado trees, marked pitches, €15 without EHU, €5 extra with. Shops & restaurants within couple of mins & just a lovely stretch of coast.

Gravel marked parking, €15 per night + €5 EHU, toilets, dump/fresh, friendly owner, quiet at night, barrier entry, restaurant complex but separated from parking. Perfect for visiting the wonderful city of Granada & Alhambra, 5 mins walk to direct bus 180/181/183 to centre, walk left, shortly after turn left up a lane towards Cepsa fuel, then turn right, bus stop is on left - then once in centre, walk to get small C30 Alhambra bus.

Excellent location 5-10 mins walk to metro and direct 25mins ride to Gran Via stop in centre. Metro at bus station - turn right out of site then left and keep walking till you see Green buses & look for Red Metro sign & steps underground. Madrid superb. Site immaculate amenities, hot showers and heated which was needed on our stay. Pitch without electric €30 for 2 people per night. Bar & small shop, big washing machine €3.50 & dryer €2 60 mins.

Brilliant mixed parking only 5-10 mins walk to incredible historic centre, Tip: beautiful Mezquita free 8.30-9.30am. Stayed 1 night, paid friendly custodian €5 he sits at the entrance and watches over motorhomes etc, we didn’t have change so guess you could pay less, we didn’t mind as it’s so convenient and easy overnight parking. Some noise from Peacocks and recycling but nothing to put us off!

Water €2 coin, waste & electric available, neat tarmac parking area & pretty river setting in nice village with lots of flowers!

Excellent location, 15 mins walk to fab Trogir, road busy, care needed! Also few mins walk to Copacabana beaches, bars, eateries, small supermarket, harbours. Staff lovely & helpful. We had 7nts mobile home due to family flying in - superb, Split airport 10 mins drive. Also had pitch in ACSI area, middle €23 cash, still have some sea views, shade from pines. Bura Line Boat goes to Split from Trogir. Road noise - motorbikes overnight. Site v.good.

Purpose built motorhome parking area within a larger mixed car park, ideally located next to the waterfront prom leading to the lovely coastal town of Izola, about 10-15mins walk away beside the sea & then past a large marina. Spacious, marked out places, EHU, dump/fresh. Quiet at night. Swimming/beach just beyond the last parking place, cafes/toilets but closed on our visit May 10th. Izola lovely with lots of restaurants.

Lake Jansa is the most beautiful location imaginable but this is not the correct parking for motorhomes on this review. We’ve submitted the correct location but it was rejected by CC saying it’s already listed but it isn’t! So we’ve tried again! Overnight motorhome parking is 1st mixed parking coming up from the village with the barrier entrance and €24 for 24hrs with EHU’s, water but no dump.

Free overnight motorhome parking, within easy walk of the old town and walks along the river too. Ideal stop for en-route. supermarket next door and spotless public toilets round the corner (walk behind the small circus type tent & turn right then left). 3 spaces, peaceful night on our visit May 4th. No facilities. Overall, just a great little legitimate place to stay and being free is an added bonus.

A pleasant, low-key and conveniently located site with spotless amenity block, showers take 50C which owner gives you in the €12.50 p.p nightly fee. Fabulous mountain view’s from the pitch, open or shady pitches, We did a beautiful 2hr circular walk direct from the site, taking in the Soca River via a swing-type bridge, stunning. Superb area, site well positioned for walking routes and walking into town. Relaxed and helpful on site.

A really convenient low-key campsite, with very clean amenity block and friendly owner. We walked the 3km to the big attraction, Tomlin Gorge from the site, saving on the €3 per hour parking fee at the gorge parking and its a pleasant walk too! The gorges are lovely, €8 p.p entry. Lovely hot showers included on site, in the €14 per person rate (8th May). Renovation of one amenity block under way, with new washing up area.

Parking within walking distance to a really lovely historic town and direct access to numerous walking and cycle routes as well as a superb outdoor swimming pool across the road. Busy on our stay on 3rd May, we got the last space. Good value at €10 for 24hrs and dump/fresh €2, although the water doesn’t last too long, so be quick!! Quiet, flat and shade from trees. Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc in town. Fuel station and supermarket too.

A really lovely location beside the canal where you can walk or cycle directly to the huge and super interesting to see Boat Lift which is absolutely colossal!! Quiet, with well signed walks or bike routes and plenty of boats passing by. Lots of space, several motorhomes on our stay this week. No facilities but free to park.

Lovely town accessible by footpath direct from Aire with plenty of shops & eateries, some overlooking the river. Some shade, gravel parking, barrier entry, pay at machine on leaving. Dump/fresh ~ it’s one of those odd taps that can soak you though! Car parking adjacent, some road noise in day but quiet at night.

Lovely Aire with marked out spacious pitches, electric and good dump/fresh area, supermarket with outdoor laundry opposite main road entrance. Footpath uphill to the small town which has a few eateries. Not much shade, flat pitches with grass at sides. Ideal overnight stop heading North/South, need Camping-Car Park card which you can buy at bollard if needed - phone helpline if stuck!

Traditional style Aire with open plan arrangement, Sandy parking, barrier entry pay at machine on leaving. Service area/fresh dump extra cost. within walking distance of harbour and town centre which has plenty of shops/eateries. Cycle paths adjacent and estuary. Very busy on our visit in July but ideal for a pleasant & convenient location

Ideal site for the NEC - 15 miles, but at the same time being in a countryside setting and within 10 mins walk of the fab Becketts farm shop & cafe. Extremely clean toilets, very powerful showers on our visit & trees give natural feel to the site. We had gravel pitch with grassy sides, spacious and flat! 2 toilet blocks, spacious site which couldn’t fault.

Excellent Sosta for visiting Cascate del Mulino free thermal pools.15 mins walk, hot stream along road then pools at end. Gravel, dump/fresh, hot showers 50c, wash machine, dryer, toilets, washing up, clean basic. Sloping, some electric. Busy on our Saturday September stay. Free bus if don’t want to walk. Basic bar. Pools fab but no secret! €14 night electric extra. Barrier entry take ticket,

Good free Sosta parking next to Co op supermarket, separated by bamboo, so you wouldn’t know it was there really. No facilities, quiet overnight. Cycle path adjacent runs along the nature reserve and across the estuary bridge, can cycle for miles. Not particularly a brilliant area but this is a handy free stop to take a look around, as all others are payable that we found. Laundry in town.

A basic sandy base Sosta for cars and motorhomes. No dump/fresh. Beach down a track but not particularly scenic on our visit. As usual for Italy, lots of litter in verges, area quite run down in general. Ideal stop en-route to South/North as it was quiet and free overnight. One hour from Rome which was where we were heading.

Gravel Motorhome Sosta outside of the lovely hilltop village. Astro turf adjacent. Some views, ideal for an overnight stop, quiet on our stay. Free and there’s a dump/fresh. Large parking shared with cars.

This is the most beautiful hilltop village, with a few restaurants and wine tasting but not much else other than the sheer beauty of the place! It’s a Motorhome Sosta in shared in the village car park, restaurant adjacent. No facilities so self-contained vans only and no dump/fresh. Suitable for smaller motorhomes. Quiet at night after restaurant closes. A low key gem of a village.

Tarmac marked motorhome Sosta. Radda is a lovely hilltop village, Chianti wine route so lots of food & wine! We didn’t stay the night just drove in to look. Payment is at the coin meter. Few mins walk to the centre.

Panzano is a small hilltop village, a few shops, laundry, surrounded by Chianti vineyards and olive groves. Sosta is next to vines on gravel parking, hedges hide views but protect a bit from sun. Hilly, winding approach but level at the parking. Few mins to village centre. No dump/no fresh. We didn’t stay the night but would have if we’d have been there later in day. Pretty area.

A large paved motorhome Sosta area 5 mins walk to town. Lots of Chianti wine shops, wine museum, excellent food shop selling local cold meats/wines/cheeses. Very clean Laundry few mins away. Lovely circular 7km walk to Montefioralle passing vineyards,Olive Groves follow walk signs for “slow road”. Dump/fresh.Quiet at night. Pool next door closed on our visit. Popular Sosta on Chianti wine route.

Ideal motorhome Sosta for Florence center and all attractions. Mixed parking for local courier & car hire on our visit. Easy 20 mins walk to Oltrarno district for Boboli/Pitti then over river on Ponte Vecchio to other main sights. Bus stop at entrance (number 11) but we walked. Cash only pay at machine €15 per 24 hrs. Fresh/Dump. Quiet at night, totally recommend.

Ideal free Sosta motorhome parking to visit historic Pistoia.Theres a dump/fresh with parking but we parked across the road overnight in larger parking area, mainly as you can park further from road, several vans with us. 5-10 mins walk into the beautiful historic town, lovely buildings, plenty of shops, eating places if needed. Cycle path which leads from Sosta direct to path around the walls.

Perfectly positioned for visiting the lovely city of Pisa and all the tower area. We cycled into the centre 10-15 mins, also walked in which took 20-25mins to the Tower. Sosta is marked bays, it’s not camping, so is standard size motorhome Sosta parking. It’s manned until lunchtime then again for late afternoon/evening. Pay at yellow hut, €12 per night without electric. Dump/fresh inc. Elec extra.

Fun fair here on 8th September 2019 so not able to park. we stayed at the motorhome Sosta parking Luporini instead, which was fine for an overnight visit to Lucca, see the other parking icons on here for information

Ideal Sosta motorhome parking for this lovely city of Lucca. Barrier entrance, tarmac parking, pay at machine €14 for our 1 night (not 24hr). Cycle or walk to a main entrance to the city about 5 mins walk. Water/dump included in the parking fee, within the parking area. Quiet at night.

Gravel Sosta parking for motorhomes. Full on our visit on a Saturday in September, so we had to move on. Unfortunately cars had parked in motorhome places as well as 2 caravans with cars and a couple of non-self contained VW type campervans! The parking meter is working, €10. Free fresh water/dump area. Historic centre approx 5 minutes walk away. A pretty town for a quick visit.

Fun fair next to the Sosta on our visit so we didn’t stop. Free dump/fresh. About a 10min walk to the historic old town. Large tarmac parking area, not scenic but practical to visit the centre.

Fabulous views across the Marble mountains and the fascinating marble quarries within. Incredible sight to see the marble, mined here since the Romans. No facilities, high up, at 1400m, so could be chilly or foggy, as on our visit September. Narrow mountain roads , steep, bends etc. We have 5.9m off road Sprinter, so no problem.

Lovely historic hilltop village on the way to the Marble Mountain. There is a turning for the dump/fresh on the bend, to the right, previous to the actual Sosta parking if coming up the hill, it’s also signed! Sosta parking at a sports area, a few minutes up the steps to the village. Tourist office, bars, small shops. Roads are hilly, winding and narrow, but this is Italy!!

Perfect motorhome Aire for Annecy. Small but we got a place in August arriving afternoon. Tight for large vans due to 2 motorhomes parking on the entrance. No problem in our 6m van and large vans did come & go still. 5 mins walk to Annecy centre.Cycle paths and lake across the road. Problem with VW size campers parking, one parked over the dump, despite fitting under barrier to adj large car park.

Small Free Aire for motorhomes in the Lovely village of le Grand Bornand. Views of the mountains, plenty of hiking routes, skiing in Winter. Swimming pool down the road, shops, chair lift. No facilities, dump/fresh is in another village. Police come to check vehicles parking and give leaflets to explain rules of the Aire. Must be proper motorhome and park in dedicated area.

Large Aire parking for motorhomes almost in the centre. Ideal for all activities. It’s fairly open so not much for shade in Summer. Service dump/fresh. Nice outlook but it is by the road, may get some noise. Perfect for the village.

Aire for motorhomes just down the toad from the centre of Beaufort. Lovely town, plenty of walking and the famous cheese. The parking is gravel, on the right hand side as you approach the village, there’s a dump/filling before it on the left hand side of the road. We were there on market day, lots of cars came in the morning, one woman from a car urinated against our wheel! Swimming pool opposite.

Aire for motorhomes at the Funicular. No parking charges on our visit August 2019. No dump/fresh facilities. Some shade, tarmac, ideal for all the outdoor activities and around town. Next to brilliant cycle path, we cycled along the river to a small leisure lake, really pretty. Possible to walk into town, about 10 mins to shops.

Sosta parking for motorhomes. Tarmac marked bays, electric available,we didn’t use but was a set period of time payable extra. Susa an ideal first stop if entering Italy from Col du Cenis. Roman ruins, shops, restaurants approx 5 mins walk. Dump/fresh. Loads of motorhomes had parked in the section for cars which had no fees! We didn’t as we feel if councils provide a proper area we should use it.

Sosta parking on the outskirts of Turin beside a recreational area. Mixed parking for cars and motorhomes. Plenty of shade. Dump/fresh filling. Free and we had no noise on weekday. Cycled into the centre, approx 30 mins, no signs, so we went a long way round! Turin historic centre is nice, worth a visit but not outstanding compared to many Italian cities. Ideal for a quick visit and tick box Turin

Great privately run Sosta within walking distance of town and beaches, water, waste and WC empty facilities along with showers and toilets block, wash up area, electric is available on each pitch. Extremely safe, friendly and quiet over 20 pitches, gates locked early evening so arrive early.

Ideal for cycling along cycle path to San Remo and on to Imperia. Sosta free, gravel, large unmarked parking. San Remo is ok, worth a visit to old town but there’s litter everywhere. Sosta full of litter, dumping ground although council came to clear it twice. Area being used as a WC, toilet paper everywhere in bushes & poo, no public toilets. Lots of VW size vans with no facilities. Dump & fresh.

Ideal Sosta parking next to the sea, lovely town of Finale Ligure, approx 10 mins walk to the prom. No beach access, we swam from the breakwater that’s beside the marked gravel/dirt parking. Awful huge derelict building next door, but just have to ignore it as the Sosta is fine. Cold showers & clean toilets inc, close at 7pm, open 8am. Dump/fresh included. Can walk for a while along the sea front.

Perfect for the beach, direct access via small subway under the road. Very busy on our visit all Italian motorhomes, very friendly. Free dump/fresh and cold water sink for dishes only. Lovely promenade to an upmarket town, sea very clean, warm beautiful. Nice restaurants and atmosphere along the beachfront, a classy feel. Barrier locked at night. Sosta only, No camping behaviour, just chairs ok.

It’s an ok Sosta, it’s free and inland from the coast. We only stopped for lunch here, there’s a few flat parking bays, also some very sloping ones! Would have stayed the night if we had been there later, practical but that’s about all.

Tarmac parking area of bus parking area. No shade, ideal for visiting the lovely town or beach about 15 mins walk. Not pretty but parking in these towns is very difficult even for our 5.9m panel van, so got to be grateful of Sosta provided. Dump & fresh is on the “dead end” road directly below, between Sosta and railway line, sign on lamp post, reverse down to save getting stuck turning round.

Excellent Sosta for Camogli & Portofino National Park. Marked tarmac bays for motorhomes separate from car park. Free 8-8 €15 all day. Shaded,good walks,bus stop.Lovely San Rocco village 10 min walk, 700 steps to Camogli all a beautiful. VW size vans abusing car park, took several bays for camping, inc showering on tarmac, hanging washing, parking bikes, tables, chairs & using bushes as WC.

Top trumps. We arrived and had a space in front of the railings with awesome view of Fontainebleau. Stones throw from a gate entrance into the grounds (locks at 7pm)

We arrived mid afternoon in August, we drove in and went to turn around at the end of the lane. On our return to the ‘Aire’ parking in the hedge area, we were confronted by an irate man who obviously lives on one of the boats and must despise anyone in a camper invading ‘his space’ he obviously pays a mourning and he must hate the fact that the campers can park for free.

Great place. Extremely peaceful, 7 vans here when we stayed in August 2019. No facilities

Great little stop ... thank you Gron! Toilet on site, bins and picnic benches, large level car park with a font bleu for water waste and we empty point. Very peaceful
