Camping Darna

Lovely, large family campsite with usually plenty of space. August/25th. We arrived without a reservation and were able to stay 5 nights (choose your own pitch). €88.50 per night (2 adults, 3 children + 10-amp electricity). Unfortunately, you have to pay for a separate swimming pool at €8 per person for a small pool. But you don't really miss it because of the lake. Supermarket, sandwiches, etc. Porlezza and supermarket are a 5-minute bike ride away. Free shuttle to the village in the morning. Everything is excellently maintained (after wind, daily beach visits, etc.).

Nice place, though busy. We came here by chance and booked an extra night. Swimming pool and beautiful lake. Friendly reception. Handy little shop. Conveniently located near the village and a large supermarket.

Busy family campsite right on the lake. Beach of 5 mtr. 4 ampere on the standard places. no water points on the terrain, basic sanitary facilities (but clean), street lighting between the places and completely dark after 23.30. And that for a total of 42 € for 1 night in mid-June. Half too expensive! One-off experience. Quickly forgotten!!
