Camping Moosbauer

We're still here as we write this review. It's a gem. The restrooms are perfect and very clean. It's closed in the winter, and you have to leave the money in an envelope in a mailbox. Everything is well maintained.

Top campsite/ not very large / absolutely clean and modern sanitary facilities / spacious pitches separated by small hedges / pitches usable for €35.00 per night despite winter closure / unfortunately the restaurant is closed / must be even more beautiful in summer when everything is green and in bloom / outdoor pool available / Bolzano accessible by bus / bus stop directly on the main road / we absolutely must come back again when everything is open

Moosbauer is an excellent, small-scale campsite with 80 campervan pitches. It's located on the outskirts of Bolzano in the Gries district. The sanitary facilities are spotlessly clean. South Tyrolean culture is shared on the walls with interesting information. The bus stops at the campsite, and with the free South Tyrolean Mobility Card, you can use buses, trains, and lifts. The shop and restaurant are excellent. We will be back.
