Camping Buitengoed de Veenstede

What a lovely welcome with coffee and cake, as if you were arriving at a friend's house. Beautiful, spacious pitches with their own water and electricity. Clean and excellent (heated) sanitary facilities with music that I quite enjoyed. A beautiful location for walking and cycling through the Hunze region, and a great restaurant just a 1.2 km walk away—what more could you ask for? In short: definitely a place we'd love to return to. Even if it's just for the welcome.

Beautiful spot where you can even manage with a 7.50-meter camper. A warm welcome with coffee and cake at a campsite with excellent facilities. Water, electricity, and drainage are available on site. Top location.

What a lovely campsite! The sanitary facilities are very nice and clean. And how lovely it is in the morning when the neighbors are still asleep and you can already see the squirrels darting around the campsite. And during the day, sometimes they even walk across the path. And a lovely couple who run the campsite too.
