Hyllandsfoss Camping

Nice, small-scale campsite. The sanitary facilities look brand new and seem adequate for when it's not too busy. We paid about €30 for the campervan and two people. The manager came by after dinner to take the card payment. The cooking and dishwashing area is (too) small.

Contrary to the last review, showers are included in the pitch price, and yes, there is a simple restaurant/café where you can order pizza. Lovely campsite and campervan pitches. To the right, past the reception, pitches 1 through 20, you can clearly hear the village traffic. To the left, a little further from the reception, the noise is negligible. There are beautiful log cabins for rent. There is also a playground for children.

beautiful and well maintained campsite (small but nice), everything available, location on the water (shower not free as previously reported but 20 kroner. and no restaurant).
