At the edge of the parking lot are heaps of rubble. Looks a little desolate. No more than a parking space to walk from. Absolute peace at night ...

A great starting point for a hike on the Tysnessåta (753 m). I spent a total of about 5 1/2 hours for the hike. The parking lot is at about 280 m altitude. From Tysnessåta you have a great view in all directions over the fjord landscapes. Absolutely recommended for me. The night was wonderfully quiet. The place is absolutely off the usual routes.
