If you look on Google maps you will see that this place is very dangerous 

Is een grote parkeerplaats. wel heel druk: langs de ene kant de drukke weg en de andere kant de spoorweg. 2,5 km van het historische Sintra. 

Is a large parking lot. very busy though: on one side the busy road and on the other side the railway. 2.5 km from the historical Sintra.

Wir haben hier ein paar Stunden geparkt. Der Preis scheint leicht gestiegen zu sein: € 1,75.

We parked here for a few hours. The price seems to have gone up slightly: €1.75.
