It's been a month since we spent two nights at De Oude Walnoot. We received a warm welcome with our two young children; they even brought out toys! Lucia and Nico went the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Clean restrooms and all the amenities for the modern camper are available.

Small family-run campsite. Mrs. Lucia and her husband understand and speak Italian, very kind. Price 135 ROM. Camper for 2 people with electricity. Excellent for visiting the Turda salt mines.

A beautiful, peaceful spot under the walnut trees. The owners are very friendly and willing to do anything for you. They offer great tips about the area, which we gratefully took advantage of. There's an outdoor sink, plus a toilet and shower (indoor), and everything is spotlessly clean. Highly recommended for both short and long stays!
