It's been a month since we spent two nights at De Oude Walnoot. We received a warm welcome with our two young children; they even brought out toys! Lucia and Nico went the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Clean restrooms and all the amenities for the modern camper are available.

The place is closed from August 24th to September 5th, according to a note at the entrance. Because this wasn't mentioned here and we drove two hours to find out, we only got one star.

The coordinates in this app will lead you to the campsite gate, which you can open yourself. Ours was opened by an attentive cleaning lady. Payment is at the pool cash register. The sanitary facilities are clean. The outdoor pool is a good temperature. Drinks and simple snacks (e.g., fries) are available. Music plays during opening hours from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. After that, it's quieter, and you can swim laps until 9:00 PM.

A great base for visiting Levoca. Easily doable with a regular e-bike. Idyllic and peaceful. The sanitary facilities are indeed due for renovation; they are purely functional. The playground and picnic tables are also in need of refurbishment or replacement. Chemical toilets can be emptied, and there is water. Dishes can be washed in the camping kitchen. For us, as campers, this is sufficient for a few nights.

We turned around when we heard the price: โฌ98 for 2 nights with electricity (3 persons, excl. shower).

It's not a campsite, but a large backyard with enough space for four campervans or several tents. The road is narrow, and there are no signs to the site. We think this spot is more suitable for those traveling with a campervan or tent.

A great place to stay for a few nights. Contrary to previous reviews, filling with water and emptying gray water is possible (see photo). The toilet is not very clean (could not be locked for ladies, but for men it was), (hot) showers can be closed with a lock. There is also a cold outdoor shower and a cold river with a sandy beach to cool off in the summer. Our 2-year-old daughter had a great time with sand and water.

Kindly received. Quietly located, child-friendly, very clean sanitary facilities and luxurious showers, accessible with a tag. Good base for Hintersee, Kรถnigsee, hiking, etc. Wash and dry with โฌ0.50 euro coins (per 33 minutes). Sandwich service (pick up on order). Reception and kiosk opening hours are limited (8:00 AM - 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM). Arrival possible until 6:00 PM at the latest.

We have been twice during our tour through southern England. All basic amenities for the motor home for little money. The pub chicken and burger are recommended. We found fish and chips a bit less here. There is a separate portacabin with showers and toilets (dated). You can also go to the toilet behind the pub building.

Quiet place, ideal for couples. Received with Zeeland hospitality by the friendly owner. This place was built quite recently. It is best to call to discuss the (im)possibilities. To our surprise, we got a reduced rate and were doubly surprised by a piece of warm apple pie on a day with only rain. That is of course not standard, but it says something about the hospitality of this place. โ

A quiet night in a parking lot, no further amenities. The parking space costs โฌ6 for a motorhome per 24 hours.

The view is very beautiful! You can hear the road depending on the wind, which was not disturbing for us. On arrival, take the right access road (sand/forest road) in dry weather, it has fewer bumps.

Nice place with no amenities. Depending on the wind, the road can be heard, we did not find this disturbing.

Great (silent at night) place to stay as a base for a visit to Mรธns Klint. Picnic area with connection to the hiking and cycling trails to the chalk cliffs. Information brochure (with routes/map) is available at the information boards at the parking lot. We arrived at the end of the afternoon, enough space in the small parking lot.

Nice place, view of the water, clean sanitary facilities. There were 8 campers when we were there, there is room for 9 maybe even 10 ;-).

Lovely spot along the lek, friendly staff! Fully equipped and the village is within walking / cycling distance.

Little to add .. great place for your camper if you like wild camping!

Great place for during the day if you want to visit Hamar. Not quiet because of the roaring sound of the factory, therefore 5/10. There are nicer places on a swimming water.

Fine and quiet (silent at night) place. Simple parking without extra facilities. Parking in front of the Helgelandstrappa (Norway's longest stone staircase, end of 2019). 2500 steps, 818 m high to the top of the รyfjellet mountain. Possibility of zipline (longest in Nordland) down the Vefsna river.

What a beautiful place! We drove for it a bit and it was worth it! We stood there alone and stayed an extra night. This is Norway!

Picnic area + toilet, just along the road. The road comes to a halt at night. Only the heavy rain disrupted our night's sleep. A great place to stay with a view of the large Hornelen cliff. Hornelen (starting point hike) is a 6 minute drive.

Neat place with clean sanitary! The toilet block was open during our stay. The (hot!) Shower works on 10 Kr coins for 5 minutes, cold showering is free ;-). In summary: A quiet (quiet) nice place. Because it is not a service place for campers (empty spot) a 9/10 otherwise it would have been a big 10.

Neat CP: water, electricity, waste hole. All for โฌ 8 per 24 hours. The supermarket is within walking distance (10 min.), So breakfast is easily arranged. We arrived on a Wednesday at 5:45 pm when there were still a few places. In a summer weekend you have to arrive in time to get a spot. A nice base for cycling or walking.

A simple campsite, facilities are outdated and there are not enough steam connections on the site. For a campsite near a "tourist attraction" I find it below average. Positive is the location: 20 min. Walk from the center of Cochem. The supermarket can be reached within 10 minutes (walking distance).
