we stonden begin oktober met 4 campers. Erg rustig. Zumaia is een leuk stadje, vooral bekend om zijn bijzondere rotskust “Flysch”. Makkelijk naar toe te lopen. Veel gezellige horeca.

We were there with four campers at the beginning of October. Very quiet. Zumaia is a lovely town, especially known for its unique rocky coast, "Flysch." It's easy to walk there. Lots of cozy restaurants and cafes.

Bezocht 2/5/25. Deel van de parkeerplaats in de vissershaven; was erg vol, stonden dicht bij elkaar. Wel dicht bij het centrum van het dorp.
Toen wij er waren was de jaarlijkse herdenking van de beschermheilige van de scheepvaart, San Telmo, aan de gang, met kermis, mensen allemaal in het blauw met blauwe sjaals, muziek en dans. Gezellige drukte.

Visited 2/5/25. Part of the parking lot in the fishing port; was very full, stood close together. Close to the center of the village.
When we were there the annual commemoration of the patron saint of shipping, San Telmo, was going on, with a funfair, people all in blue with blue scarves, music and dancing. Pleasant hustle and bustle.
