Parking Furkapass

Were here from 26 to 27 July. The view was phenomenal because we were again in the most beautiful spot. No facilities, not even a waste bin. But because it was our fourth time here, we had everything in stock (food, water, etc.). This year there was still some snow nearby. Mountain marmots spotted. Sheep bells chime pleasantly. Quiet at night, during the day a coming and going of cars, cyclists, campers. Always buzzing here.

Irregular terrain, but big enough to find a fairly level spot. Fabulously beautiful view! You won't get any better. If deep breathing causes problems here, it is necessary to make an appointment with the pulmonologist quickly!

One night is enough, because taking a deep breath is indeed a thing. Sunrise and sunset is beautiful. If it goes well. And there was space. Otherwise, on several parking lanes further on. Spotting marmots in the evening.
