Nice pub with friendly and welcoming staff and good food. Perfect stopover before the ferry.

We arrived quite late, around 9:30 PM, but we were able to get in. You can stay for free if you eat there, but the restaurant was already closed. We were allowed to stay anyway, had a drink, and didn't have to pay anything. You can drive through to the back, to a small field where you can park in peace. The pub is very cozy, quintessentially English.
