A truly wonderful experience! There were a few more campers, and it's truly beautiful, right among the horses and cows. Lovely walks, and charming shops and pubs just 10 minutes away. I didn't see any public restrooms, but we didn't look very hard either. Highly recommended!

We arrived quite late, around 9:30 PM, but we were able to get in. You can stay for free if you eat there, but the restaurant was already closed. We were allowed to stay anyway, had a drink, and didn't have to pay anything. You can drive through to the back, to a small field where you can park in peace. The pub is very cozy, quintessentially English.

We've been here, we've been to the beach and caught crabs. But the roadside is very narrow and cramped, and we were told that one of the two roads could be flooded. We ultimately chose a large parking lot a little further along near the Lighthouse restaurant, with a sea view.

We were actually waiting for reception at 6:30 PM to find the door closed, but we were still very kindly helped and we were able to get in. We received a lot of information about the surrounding area and were escorted all the way to the campsite. It was paved with some grass, and hookups were available. Clean toilets and showers, and there was a small playground. A cozy pub with good, affordable food was a 20-minute walk away.
