We have been there, nice location for walking. Campers are parked along the road. We were told by a “local” that in the evening and at night at high tide the road was underwater. We didn't spend the night there. The access roads (2 pieces) are narrow to very narrow.

First accurate tip in 2 weeks in southern England! indeed free and there are masses of mobile homes. Next to the road but nice view and even quiet on a Friday evening in high season. Not a place to eat outside, but definitely recommended (see photo taken from the camper)
