Hungry Hill Lodge and Campsite

A wonderful campsite with spacious pitches, a cozy playground, a communal fire pit, and friendly owners. At high tide, we could easily launch our kayak and SUPs into the bay from the campsite and had a wonderful time sailing among the many seals! Of the 10 campsites we stayed at in Ireland, we found this one to be the best! Highly recommended!

Nice place to stay with friendly owners. It’s on the road (Baera Way) to Dursey Island. In summer 2025 they will open the Tastemaker (Dutch) ‘chips-car’ with snacks, fries, chicken nuggets hamburger etc, mainly in the weekend as we understood. Always good to have a stopover with the (weekend) coffee corner too!

What a warm welcome with all the tips for the area. Clean sanitary facilities, without coins, and lovely warm shower. Spacious layout of the camping spots. We stayed here for 2 nice nights.
