Yes, you can view, save and edit all your journeys free of charge in the Campercontact app. Even as a FREE user.

How long does it take to make a Journey?

It’s easy to create and can be done in just a few minutes, depending on how detailed you want to make it. The more photos and personal tips you add, the more valuable the Journey will be for your fellow motorhomers. So take your time to turn your Journey into a real experience.

How do I save a Journey I like?

Would you like to save a journey as a favourite? Simply click on the heart icon. You can then filter by your favourites in the “Discover Journeys” overview.

How can I adjust a Journey to my preferences?

Open the Journey and click on ‘Copy Journey’. The Journey will then appear under ‘My Journeys'. You can now adjust or expand the Journey to your liking. For example, you can add or remove overnight stops, or replace the photos and notes with your own experiences.

How do I share my Journey with others?

Once you’ve created (or edited) a Journey, you can easily share it with others. When creating a route, you can choose whether everyone is allowed to see your journey or whether it’s private.

- Your journey is private Your journey will not appear in the ‘Discover journeys’ overview in the app. This means other Campercontact users won’t have access to  your journey in the app. You can, however, share your journey with friends or family yourself by sending them the link via the ‘share’ button.

- Your journey is public Your journey will appear in the “Discover journeys” overview in the app. Other Campercontact users will always be able to view your journey in the app. You can also share your journey with friends or family yourself by sending them the link via the “share” button.

What has happened to the motorhome routes that used to be part of PRO+?

A number of Campercontact motorhome routes are already available as journeys and there are more to come! You can find them in the “Discover journeys” section in the app.

Can I still use the trip planner that used to be in the app?

Accepted Answer

The trip planner for mapping out your route from A to B has been replaced by the new ‘Journeys’ feature. This allows you to plan your trips in a much more detailed way – including your photos, notes and highlights along the way.
